Michael Jackson’s fans banned from cemetery

The Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California has had it with loitering M Jfans. The Cemetery has instructed security guards to remove anyone who from the cemetery who is loitering. Fans are no longer allowed to sit on Jacksons mausoleum.

Jackson died on June 25^th 2009, and with the anniversary of his death Jackson fans are concerned they will not be allowed on the property to honor Michael Jacksons memory.

Dennis Hopper -- Probate Battle Brewing

It been less than 24 hours since Dennis Hopper passed away, and already a fight for his estate has begun. Prior to his death, Dennis Hopper and Wife # 5 Victoria Hopper were seperated. Hopper had filed for divorce in January of this year, and had hoped the divorce would be finalized before his death. According to the pre-nup, Victoria will get 25% of Dennis’ fortune plus a quarter of a Million dollars life insurance payout. The prenup stipulated however that Victoria would have to be legally married and living with Dennis at the time of his death.

Now get this, Victoria and Dennis were seperated, and although she was not living in the main house when he died, she was living on the property. Other family members now fear that this will throw Dennis Hoppers estate into Probate, and that Victoria will end up with all of Dennis’ cash.

Doctor Connected in death of Golf Star

Erica Blasberg died suddenly from what police thought originally was a suicide. Now police are investigating her death as a possible homicide. Erica Blasberg was a rising Golf star. Her death left family and friends were shocked when the 25 year old was found dead in her home. The investigation now focuses on a Dr. Hess, and some mysterious blue oval pills was the target of a police raid ... and cops were looking for evidence in Erica's death investigation.

Cops obtained a search warrant to search the home and office of Dr. Thomas Hess for blue pills, handwriting samples and a white plastic bag with a draw string. Officials are not saying what type of relationship Blasberg and the Doctor had. However an unnamed employee at the golf club said that Erica and the Doctor played golf together regularly. Cops found Xanax pills in Erica’s home at the time of her death. Erica’s father says his daughter was taking Xanax for anxiety.

Dennis Hopper (May 17th 1936-May 29th 2010)

Academy Award Nominee Dennis Hopper has passed away. 2 weeks after his 74th birthday, Dennis Hopper loses his battle to Cancer.

He was a Hollywood icon, and one of my favorite actors. Dennis Hopper was born in Dodge City Kansas to Marjorie and Jay Hopper. In High school, Harper was voted Most Likely to Succeed. At the age of 13 His family moved to California. Harper developed an interest in Acting, and later went to New York to study acting at the Actors Studio

In 1967 he played “Babalugats” in the movie Cool Hand Luke. He went on to act in many movies throughout the 60’s and 70’s. His most recognizable role came in 1969, where he starred alongside Peter Fonda, and Jack Nicholson in Easy Rider. Hopper played in countless other films including Mad Dog Morgan, Apocalypse Now, and received an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor for Hoosiers. He subsequently appeared in over 140 episodes of television shows such as Gunsmoke, Bonanza, Petticoat Junction, The Twilight Zone, The Barbara Stanwyck Show, The Defenders, The Investigators, The Legend of Jesse James, The Big Valley, The Time Tunnel, The Rifleman[10] and Combat!.

Hopper was one of those actors who in-spite of his well publicized addiction to drugs and alcohol, he was able to sustain his Celebrity lifestyle by acting in numerous low budget and European films. He sought help for his addiction in 1983.

Dennis Hopper was married 5 times. One of his marriages lasted less than a week. Dennis Hopper is survived by his wife of 14 years, 5 children and 2 grand-children. Celebrity Update sends our condolences to the Hopper family.

“"What'choo talkin' 'bout, Willis?"” is the phrase that made 42 year old Diff’rent Strokes star Gary Coleman famous. While his childhood was one every child in the world wished for, Gary Coleman’s Adult life was stricken with illness, financial, & legal trouble.

Gary Coleman was born in a small town, Zion Illinois, located about 45 miles North of Chicago Illinois. He was adopted by Edmonia Sue, a nurse and W.G. Coleman. Coleman suffered from a congenital kidney disease that forced him to have daily dialysis throughout his life.

He was (4 ft 8 in; 1.42 m) but had the heart and soul of a giant. He ran for Governor of California in 2003 and came in 8th place receiving 14,242 votes.

As a child star he earned over a million dollars. Gary claimed his parents and manager squandered his money. Coleman successfully sued his parents for mishandling of his trust fund and was awarded $1.3 million. He continued making movies and appeared in dozen more films like, On the Right Track, The kid with the Broken Halo, and in 1982 the “Gary Coleman Show”. He was one of highest paid child stars of his time earning an estimated $80,000 per episode on Different Strokes.

In 2007 Coleman found love and married Shannon Price. Although the marriage was rocky from the start. Coleman and his new bride fought hard to stay together. The couple sought help on the show Divorce Court. However in January of this year , Coleman was arrested for domestic violence.

In September 2008 Coleman was involved in an car accident in Utah, where he backed his truck up and hit 24 year old Colt Rushton, he later pleaded no contest to charges of disorderly conduct and reckless driving. Coleman was ordered to pay a $100 fine.

Gary Coleman is survived by His wife. He was surrounded with family and friends in the Hospital. Gary Wayne Coleman a true star. You will be missed.

GARY COLEMAN IN CRITICAL CONDITION

42 year old Diff’rent Strokes star Gary Coleman was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Mr. Coleman is said to be at the Valley Regional Medical Center in Utah. Hospital officials would not comment on his condition. The actor suffered a seizure back in February, which landed him in the hospital. This is the 3rd time this year the actor has been hospitalized. We wish you a quick recovery Gary.

Simon Monjack Laid to Rest Next to Brittany Murphy

About 75 friends and family members gathered in Los Angeles Thursday to bid farewell to Brittany Murphy’s husband Simon Monjack, who died Sunday.

The private orthodox Jewish service, presided over by Rabbi David Baron, took place in the Chapel of the Hills, the same memorial chapel where Murphy was eulogized in December after her death. Monjack was then buried next to his late wife at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

"It was Simon's wish to be laid to rest next to her," says family spokesman Roger Neal, who described the memorial as "celebratory and healing."

Talk about music to your ears! Not only are private power couple Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz engaged to be married, they are having a baby.

The announcement comes after the two, together since fall 2008, attended Thursday night's Black Ball in London, which benefits Keys's Keep a Child Alive charity.

"They're very happy," says a friend of the couple, while reps confirm to PEOPLE the nuptials will take place "in a private ceremony later this year."

Rapper Swizz Beatz (real name: Kasseem Dean), 31, has produced music for Keys, 29, and worked with artists including Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez and Gwen Stefani.

It will be the first marriage for Grammy-winner Keys – and their first child together. Swizz Beatz is father to Kasseem Jr., 3, and son Prince Nasir, 9, both from previous relationships.

Lindsay Lohan Back to Face the Music

After posting $100,000 bail last week, Lindsay Lohan decided to fly back to the U.S. after attending Cannes, no word weather Lohan traveled with a temporary passport, after her original passport was stolen. The actress was spotted at LAX Saturday. Lohan’s travel overseas caused her to miss her court date Thursday, and the judge issued a warrant for her arrest. Lindsay’s posted a $100,000 bail. The actress is scheduled in Court on the 23rd of May.

Heigl and her husband Josh Kelly adopted their daughter Naleigh, but could not bring her back from Korea until after she underwent heart surgery. MICHAEL MADSEN ON SUICIDE WATCH

Michael Madsen’s reps. Are denying that the Reservoir Dogs star attempted to end his life overnight.

According to Madsen’s camp, he was just out partying in London and became ill. The Star was rushed to the hospital, and a source claims that Michael tried to get out of the moving Ambulance. Madsen’s spokes person says that there was no attempted suicide. Back in 2008 Madsen was put on 5150 hold, which is (involuntary psychiatric hold). Michael Madsen filed for bankruptcy and faced eviction from his Malibu, California home, in which he owed back payments of rent totaling 80 Grand. He also allegedly borrowed thousands of dollars from his friends Pierce Brosnan and Quentin Tarantino. Mr. Madsen is headed back to the U.S. Get Well Michael.

SPORTS STAR DIES IN HIS SLEEP

Former Houston Astro baseball star, died in his sleep of an apparent Heart attack. According to the Los Angeles County Coroner, Lima died on Sunday Morning May 23, 2010, he was 37 years old.

His wife Dorca Astacio, said she heard him talking in his sleep and was restless while sleeping, she went on to say she thought he might have been having a nightmare, she realized later that something might be wrong, and called paramedics, but it was to late she said sobbing. Lima played in the League for 13 seasons.

Lance Armstrong was rushed to the hospital following a crash which happened during Tour of California A Cyclist skidded and fell causing a few others to fall including Lance Armstrong. The teams spokesman Philippe Maertens said that Lance Armstrong got stitches under his left eye and his left elbow as well.

The accident did not seem to phase Lance, he fell to the ground and immediately hopped back on his bike and continued the race, but unfortunately he was signaled to pull over due to swelling next to his eye.

Lance Armstrong had a lot of bleeding around his left eye after the crash. The RadioShack team is waiting for the X-ray results as the Tour de France is just a few weeks away.

Bret Michaels Suffers Set Back

LOS ANGELES, May 20 -- Bret Michaels was rushed back to the hospital after suffering a warning stroke. Just last month Michaels 47 suffered a brain hemorrhage. Things seemed to be looking up. He went on Oprah Winfrey Show yesterday, and had promised his fans he would return to the stage at the end of the month. He returned to the hospital after experiencing numbness, and tests revealed he has a Patent Forum Ovale or a hole in the heart, the message said.

The news was devastating to his fans and family, According to Bret’s Doc. Zabramski, "The good news is that it is operable and treatable and we think we may have diagnosed the problem that caused the Transient Ischemic Attach or warning stroke; however, we feel it is highly unlikely this is connected to the brain hemorrhage he suffered just a few weeks earlier." His Doctor is advising him to allow his body to heal

The doctor said Michaels would be given outpatient care for the near future and further tests will be conducted.

A publicist for Michaels said Michaels is "in good spirits, great medical hands and is positive and hopeful that everything is going to be OK," and that he was "walking, talking, continuing his daily rehab and very happy to be alive."

On April 21st 2010, the TV stations, internet, mobile phones lit up with news that Bret Michaels had suffered a brain hemorrhage. Like millions of Bret Michaels fans I held my breath, ashamed to say, I was not expecting good news. There was no way he would survive this, I secretly told myself. In-fact, I was not alone in my thinking. I love Bret Michaels, but after the Michael Jackson, Britney Murphy, Natasha Richardson, and countless other Celebrity… heart breaks, I was prepared to mourn the death of yet another star. However Bret disagreed. He was not ready to have his Fans and family mourn his premature death. Bret Michaels, fought his way back from a coma, several medical set backs, and came back to us, as if he knew we could not take anymore bad news. As days passed, I cheered him on. Again, my weak faith, I expected to see a very different Bret. At best I expected Bret would take years to recover. Less than a month, Bret Michaels is back. The 47 year old Rock star not only survived an injury that usually takes the lives of most of its victims, his speedy recovery amazed his Doctors. According to Celebrity Update Host Schatar (Hottie) Sapphira, Bret Michaels plans on performing May 28 at the Hard Rock in Biloxi, Mississippi., and then he plans on going on tour with Lynyrd Skynyrd on June 10 in Florida. COOKING UP MURDER

The once host of a popular Food Network show cooked up a murder for hire plot, where he involved 3 homeless men to help him prepare this deadly dish. This according to Santa Monica police Sgt. Jay Trisler

Juan-Carlos Cruz, the former host of "Calorie Commando" that ran on the Food Network in 2004 allegedly paid a homeless man 10 torn $100 bills down to turn his wife into shopped liver. According to the hungry homeless man, Cruz said he wanted something done for a low price, and where else do you turn to have your spouse killed at a discount? the homeless, of course. Cruz paid the man literally with cut up hundred dollar bills, and promised to give him the other half of the bill once the deed was done.

The unnamed homeless guy told his homeless friends about the job, and they went to the police. According to Santa Monica, police, the low-calorie cook wanted to have his wife sliced and diced. Cruz is being held on $5 million bail.

Former Food Network Chef Juan Carlos Cruz texted his murder for hire plot, in which he reveals his frustration with hiring others to slice up his wife. Cruz texted:
"Have 2nd party ready 2 take over if u dont want it r u in?"

"Call me i have a proposal," another read "Meet me at the spot in a hour," while another said "Meet at starbucks 10 am to discuss details about wed."

His last text read, "I am on my way" twice, "By [sic] there in a min" and finally "Almost there everything ko [sic]."
Under cover cops met and arrested Cruz, he now sits in Jail, cooking up his defense.

Juan Carlos Cruz, the former Host of Calorie Commando, part of the Food Network, was just in a Los Angeles Court room today for his arraignment. Cruz plead not guilty to attempted murder and solicitation of murder. Cruz was arrested Thursday for allegedly hiring the homeless to Murder his Wife, Jennifer Cambell.

Jennifer, Cruz’ wife, is a devote Catholic. Church members speculate that Cruz has been abusive to his wife because she has not been able to bear him children. Uhm!!! Adoption.

Bail has been set for 2 million dollars.

Dr. Conrad Murray to the Rescue

Dr. Conrad Murray, the Doc who allegedly is responsible for Michael Jackson’s death was the hero on a US Air flight from Houston to Phoenix.

Apparently, a female passenger on the plane fainted and Murray rushed to the young woman’s rescue. Dr. Murray stabilized the passenger gave her an IV according to sources.

Matts Mother-inlaw spills the beans

The Today’s Show Anchor,MATT LAUER is still insisting he has not cheated on his wife of 12 years. His Mother-Inlaw Johanna Struijk, who lives in the Netherlands, says the rumors are true.

Struijk goes on to say that her daughter and Matt are separated, and that Matt is no-longer staying at the couples home. Matt has denied having multiple affairs.

Rima Fakih, is now the reigning Miss USA. She beat out 50 other contestants to take the 2010 Miss USA title. The 24-year-old beauty was poised, confident and energetic throughout the entire competition , in spite of stumbling in her evening gown. Egyptian born, Rima history as the first immigrant to win. When asked how she felt about winning the crown, she said, "Ask me after I've had a pizza." She was determined to win from the very beginning. She announced that she sold her car, and used the proceeds to pay for her participation in the Miss Michigan USA Pageant.

Fakih will represent the United States this summer in the 2010 Miss Universe pageant. She also gets a one-year lease in a New York apartment with living expenses, an undisclosed salary, and various health, professional and beauty services.

Fakih was asked whether she thought birth control should be paid for by health insurance, and she said she believed it should because it's costly.

"I believe that birth control is just like every other medication even though it's a controlled substance," Fakih said.

Miss Nebraska USA Belinda Renee Wright won the Miss Congeniality award, roughly one week after her father was killed in a farm accident. Miss Alabama USA Audrey Moore won Miss Photogenic after an online fan vote.

The pageant aired live to East Coast viewers on NBC.
