SHOCKING NEWS

The family of American Idol contestant Paula Goodspeed, who apparently committed suicide outside Paula Abdul's home, blames the reality show for her death.

Charles McIntyre says his sister was crushed after Paula Abdul panned her performance at the Idol tryouts in 2005. He also said judge Simon Cowell was out of line to criticize his sister's braces.

Paula Goodspeed's niece tells the New York Daily News her aunt was not suicidal or a stalker. The niece says Goodspeed even told her that she and Abdul once had coffee together at a Starbucks.

"Not an ounce of truth to this," said Abdul's publicist. "Paula met her only at Idol."

Police add that there have been prior incidents involving Goodspeed on Abdul's street. "One was in January of this year and another in June," said Los Angeles Police Det. Robert Bub, but neither incident was serious enough to generate a formal report.

Residents in Abdul's neighborhood said they often saw Goodspeed parked on their street and her car had a photos of the former Lakers Girl inside. According to one news report, Abdul received flowers from Goodspeed as recently as last week with a note falsely signed from her on/off boyfriend J.T. Torregiani.

Goodspeed changed her name from Sandra to Paula 16 years ago, says her cousin. She headed to Hollywood from her home state of Maine five years ago to pursue a career in show business but had no success. According to her brother, Goodspeed was planning to give up her Hollywood dreams and return to Maine this week.

With ER in its final season, and alums like Anthony Edwards and Noah Wyle making special guest appearances, speculation grows that the show's breakout star — George Clooney — will resurrect Dr. Doug Ross one last time. Despite denials that George will be reprising his role before NBC cuts the cord in May, the Oscar winner's one-time costar Noah is telling a different story.

"From what I heard, George said, 'absolutely,' schedule permitting," Noah told TV Guide.

George's rep told the press that he does not have any new comment; NBC said the same.

But that doesn't mean it's not going to happen. Fans of the show will remember that in 1998, George shocked viewers when he made a top-secret return to the show for the last episode of departing cast member Julianna Margulies. Their characters relocated to Seattle, where they presumably lived happily ever after. Interestingly, Julianna has also remained mum about a possible return.

So who is coming back? Well, veteran ER doc Anthony is returning as Dr. Mark Greene in an episode set to air next week. Noah will be back as Dr. John Carter and he told TV Guide that Eriq La Salle will reprise his role as Dr. Peter Benton. Eriq will also be behind-the-scenes directing an episode of the show. And we'll have to stay tuned for word on George and Julianna.

John says Jen always has his back

John Mayer was having a good time on the red carpet at Alicia Keys' Annual Keep a Child Alive Black Ball Thursday night. Must be because somebody's got his back. He had some serious words about girlfriend Jennifer Aniston. "It's really nice to have somebody in life have your back," Mayer said. "That girl knows me ... so whether I go to bed alone or not, to have somebody who knows you in this world, that's a really nice thing."

So is there any chance that Mayer will follow in Aniston's footsteps and star on a television show? "There are rumors," Mayer admitted. "I'm going to keep them rumors for the time being. I want everything to be as baked as possible before it comes out of the oven."

Entertain he did! Mayer got into a friendly bidding war with Queen Latifah over a lithograph during a live auction at the benefit. Fortunately, the charity was the big winner. There was an identical lithograph available so each star paid $100,000.

Nearly six months after announcing the breakup of her marriage, Shania Twain stepped out at last night's Country Music Awards looking so good that her ex is surely having regrets.

The hitmaker gave out the award for entertainer of the year on Wednesday night in Nashville, marking her first U.S. TV appearance since she separated from her husband, songwriter-record producer Robert "Mutt" Lange, amidst rumors he had an affair with a family friend. The audience greeted her with a rousing ovation.

"It's good to see all of you, too," she told the audience. "I hope to be seeing a lot more of you," perhaps referring to the post-breakup album she's said to be working on.

Kenny Chesney was the recipient of the night's final award and, while collected his trophy, he told her: "You look really good tonight."

After the show, Renιe Zellweger's ex-hubby copped to playfully giving Shania the eye. "I flirted with Shania," he said. "Relationships are hard anyway — for anybody — but it's even tougher when your life is a spectator sport."

Jennifer Hudson Speaks

Nearly three weeks after her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew were murdered, Jennifer Hudson is speaking out and moving forward.

"I want to thank each and every one of you for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time," the Oscar winner wrote to her fans on her MySpace page. "My sister and I take great comfort and strength from your love and concern."

Tragedy struck for the Hudson sisters on Oct. 24, when their mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason Hudson, were murdered in the family's home in Chicago. Julia's son, Julian King, was kidnapped and his body was found three days later in an abandoned car. Authorities named Julia's estranged husband, William Balfour, a "person of interest" and he's being held in jail on a parole violation.

Trying to move on from the tragedy, Julia gave her blessing to a previously scheduled appearance in Gap's holiday ad campaign. The photo, taken in July, features Jennifer smiling brightly and wearing a bright red sweater. A rep for the company told E! that they gave the actress an option to back out, but she declined.

"She said she wanted to be a part of it and that we should move forward," a rep for the company said.

She may not be in full meltdown mode, but Britney Spears continues to struggle with mental illness.

Star  magazine reports that although Britney appears to be getting her life back on track, she's still struggling with a slew of problems, some of them brand new.

The decision by an L.A. court to switch her dad Jamie's conservator status from temporary to permanent may have come as a surprise, but it wasn't to Brit, who agreed to the legal maneuver that gives him control over her entire life indefinitely.

"Everyone who knows Brit isn't surprised that this happened," a source said. "Thankfully, she seems well enough to know she still needs help."

So what's troubling her? For one thing, her possessiveness with sons Preston, 3, and Jayden, 2. According to a family insider, Britney is making up excuses to be with them even when it's inappropriate. For example, while working out at a dance studio last month, Britney called her ex Kevin Federline, demanding he bring the kids over immediately. Kevin said no, and Britney burst into tears, according to the insider.

"She's gotten so paranoid, she thinks she'll lose the boys forever," says the insider. "Kevin assures her there's nothing to worry about, but she doesn't listen."

According to the Star mag, Jennifer Aniston has been having secret fertility treatments in order to get pregnant with John Mayer.

It seems that Maniston is soon approaching 40 years-old in February and she wants to have kids soon. In fact, she even had some of her eggs frozen just in case she was single at the time of her 40th birthday. Finally, she had a good idea.

But according to the mag, Jen has proposed to Mayer and they're excited to be parents. Jen's even been having alternative medicine treatments in order to increase her chances of pregnancy.

A source says, "She knows her baby-making years are limited. It's hard for her to think of anything else — she has babies on the brain!"

As for John, the source says "He ordered a bunch of books on Amazon about pregnancy and parenting. He's just as eager as Jen is. They've discussed how they plan to raise their kids, and they agree on mostly everything. They can't wait to be parents together."

A friend says, "She'll try anything to help her chances" of having twins. Adding, "Jen has also changed her diet. She's taking a lot of folic acid and has upped her intake of milk and beef — all of which are supposed to increase your chances of having twins."

Kendra Wilkinson of The Girls Next Door is engaged to football star Hank Baskett, according to her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner, who plans to give her away at a ceremony at the Playboy Mansion.

"[She] has met someone who she would like to spend the rest of her life with," Hefner said in a statement on Thursday.

The Playboy mogul says Baskett, a wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles, proposed to Wilkinson on Saturday.

"I have given her my blessing and will be giving her away at a very special wedding ceremony at the Playboy Mansion this coming June," the statement adds.

Wilkinson isn't the only Girl Next Door finding love outside the Playboy Mansion. Costar Holly Madison, also one of Hefner's former girlfriends, recently stepped out with magician Criss Angel.

The engagement was first reported by E! Online.

Madonna and Alex Rodriguez spent time together at Jerry Seinfeld's home... not that there's anything wrong with that.

Less than a week after announcing she's divorcing, the singer and her rumored baseball beau secretly jetted off in separate private helicopters for a rendezvous in Long Island, NY, the New York Post reports. So where did they meet up? Jerry Seinfeld's waterfront mansion in the Hamptons.

On Oct. 21, a chopper carrying A-Rod landed in East Hampton and the Yankee star was picked up in a white Porsche 911 matching the description of Jerry's wife Jessica's car, reports the paper. Less than 40 minutes later, a second helicopter with Madge aboard landed at the same airstrip.

"A dark SUV and Jerry in another Porsche both pulled up and picked up Madonna and they headed back to Jerry's place," a witness told The Post. "When they arrived at the Seinfeld home, Madonna poked her head out the window and could be clearly seen."

Four hours later, the SUV left the mansion and took them all back to the airport, reports the paper. Madonna and the Seinfelds piled into one helicopter and several minutes later the helicopter that carried A-Rod also left.

So why was Madge visiting Jerry and his wife in the first place? "The Seinfelds have been friends with Madonna for years," an insider told the NY Post. "They're neighbors [in Manhattan], so it's really no surprise. And Jerry and Jessica go to her concerts whenever she's in town."

Suri has a private gym

When it comes to spoiling his little princess, the sky's the limit for Tom Cruise.

We have learned the actor is building a state-of-the-art gymnastics room for Suri in their East Village apartment in Manhattan.

"Because Suri loved her private gymnastics class at Chelsea Piers in New York so much, Tom hired the facility to build Suri private gymnasium," an insider says. "[It] will have $7,000 worth of equipment, including two mini trampolines, a balance beam, tumbling mats and a set of bars."

And the buck doesn't stop there. Tom has even hired a female instructor from the facility to come over each week and give Suri a one-hour lesson that he plans to oversee.

"While Tom loves coming to Chelsea Piers it became a huge production for Suri to have a lesson," the insider said. "Before daddy and daughter arrive, the staff have to quickly tape up the windows to the private gym for privacy. Now with a gym to call her very own, Tom doesn't have to worry about all of that since Suri won't have to leave her apartment building."

Jennifer Love Hewitt empathized with Cheryl Burke, calling scrutiny of the Dancing With the Stars competitor's body "really insensitive."

"Cheryl Burke is so beautiful and an amazing dancer and that's what people should concentrate on," Hewitt, 29, who fought back against criticism of her bikini body, said Wednesday on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Burke, 24, was recently criticized by DWTS pros Louis Van Amstel and Maksim Chmerkovskiy for gaining a few pounds over the summer – to which the Ghost Whisperer star responds: "I think [people] feel like people don't have any feelings." Hewitt, who has sported a noticeably slimmer physique, says she has been training for a marathon since last year.

"My body just changed," she says. "When you're running that much and working out like that, that's what happens. I was happy with myself in those photos, and I'm still happy."

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz had a Winnie the Pooh-themed baby shower at the Bel-Air Hotel on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 1. Ashlee's sister, Jessica, and mom, Tina, hosted the party, which was co-ed and held at the hotel's Palm Room.

The approximately 40 guests nibbled on crabcakes, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and jicama salad with grapefruit. For the dessert, there was cake, which was made in the shape of a bumble bee. The shower began at 1:30pm and lasted three hours.

"The room was decorated with yellow and orange roses, and guests were given jars of honey with custom-made labels that said 'Baby Wentz' and 'Thank You For Celebrating My Life' on them," says a party guest. "The girls were also given bracelets that had a big bumble bee on them.

"Jessica looked radiant," the guest added. "She had her hair in a French braid knot."

Ashlee and Pete looked deliriously happy. The baby is due any day now!

Stars react to Hudson's tragedy

The entertainment industry is rallying around Jennifer Hudson following news that her mother, brother and nephew were shot and killed in Chicago.

Jennifer's American Idol cheerleader Paula Abdul said, "This is a horrific tragedy and my thoughts and prayers go out to Jennifer and her entire family. The time I had to get to know Jennifer and forge a wonderful friendship with her while she was on Idol was very special to me, and I personally can't imagine a greater loss for any family."

Idol judges Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson also sent their condolences. "This is an appalling tragedy. My thoughts right now are with Jennifer, and her family," said Simon. Randy added, "It's just so sad."

Rosie O'Donnell blogged about the news, saying it was "a grief 2 hard 2 comprehend" and that "no words will do."

They've fought about everything from their fashion line to each other's boyfriends, and now Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen can add plastic surgery to their list of sibling gripes.

Star magazine report that the 22-year-olds' latest battle is over getting matching boob jobs.

"Ashley is considering getting her boobs done because she wants to look more voluptuous," says one source. "And she told Mary-Kate that she wanted her to get one at the same time so that it wouldn't be glaringly obvious that Ashley had work done. That way, they could say that they had just both matured and were filling out naturally."

But instead of jumping at the idea of going up a cup, Mary-Kate was "horrified" by her sister's request, says the source. "She told Ashley no way! Mary-Kate hates being told what to do and how to look by Ashley. It drives her nuts. Anyway, she's into that flat look and thinks clothes look better with less cleavage, so she'd rather be smaller and more stylish."

Britney Spears' life will be run by her father, Jamie Spears, until further notice.

At a hearing today at L.A. Superior Court, Judge Reva Goetz approved Jamie’'s lawyer's request to have temporary conservatorship over the pop princess and her affairs made permanent, and Britney, 26, raised no objection.

The judge felt that rather than lawyers continually coming back to court every few months to extend the temporary conservatorship order, it made more sense to make the order permanent with the option of it being lifted in the future if Britney's circumstances change.

Britney's medical team will continue to evaluate her condition on an ongoing basis. Jamie will oversee Britney's career and business affairs.

Judge Goetz said, "The conservatorship is necessary and appropriate for the complexities of financial and business entities and her being susceptible to outside influences."

Britney is scheduled to launch a major concert tour early next year.

Benji Cheats on Paris

Falling in love with the twin brother of her best friend's boyfriend sounded too perfect. Apparently it was.

In the Nov. 3 issue of Star, we report that the Paris Hilton's all-too-perfect romance with Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden, whom she has been dating for eight months, has hit the skids as a result of his infidelity.

On Oct. 11, Joel Madden's twin brother was caught getting way too close to a dead ringer for his ex-fiancιe, Sophie Monk, at the Diesel xXx Rock & Roll Circus concert in NYC. "He seemed really into her. She kissed him on the cheek, and he was hugging her in a corner of the VIP section, trying not to be seen." It seems that Benji has grown tired of Nicole Richie's BFF and has gone so far as to recently refer to the heiress as "shallow and dumb."

This isn't the first time Paris has caught Benji straying. According to a source, he also cheated on her with a groupie earlier in the month. When Paris found out, she was devastated. "She's miserable and constantly sobbing about his infidelity," says the source.

Two days after her mother and brother were fatally shot at home in Chicago, Jennifer Hudson and her family have offered a $100,000 reward for the safe return of her missing 7-year-old nephew Julian, gone since Friday.

"Jennifer and her family appreciate the enormous amount of love, support and prayers they have received while she and her family try to cope with this tragedy and continue the search for Julian," said a statement from Hudson's rep Lisa Kasteler. It also offered a reward and asked the public to give any available information to the Chicago police. "We ask that all inquiries be directed to the Chicago Police Department, Area 1 Detective Division at 312/747-8380."

As investigators continued looking for forensic evidence at the south side home of Darnell Donerson, 57, and Jason Hudson, 29, the FBI confirmed to PEOPLE that they are also assisting with the investigation.

"I can confirm that we have been asked to provide assistance to the Chicago police department to assist in the search for 7-year-old Julian King," said Ross Rice, special agent and spokesman for the Chicago office of FBI.

When asked whether they had any promising leads, Ross declined to comment. "The key word there is assisting. It is still a Chicago police investigation, both the murder and the kidnapping, and any announcements would be best to come from them."

After her sister Julia's impassioned plea for the return of her son at a press conference on Saturday, Hudson took to her MySpace Celebrity page to thank fans for the outpouring of support on Sunday.

"Thank you all for your prayers and your calls," she wrote on the Web site. "Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely. If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact the authorities immediately. Here is a picture of Julian and what he was last seen wearing. Once again thank you all for being there for us through this tough time."

Rhianna and Kanye hooking up?

They've often been snapped snuggling, but Rihanna and Chris Brown claim that they're just close friends. Well, there may be a reason for that! The Barbadian beauty was spotted cuddling Kanye West backstage at a T.I. concert at the Key Club in Hollywood on Oct. 3.

"Rihanna and Kanye hung out together after they performed their songs," says an insider. "Rihanna was sitting on Kanye's lap, singing along to the music. Before long, the two were full-on kissing each other."

Adds the source, "People were shocked. After a while, Rihanna must have realized people were watching, because she had her security escort her back to the dressing room."

Duchovny and Leoni are seperated

Though David Duchovny and Tιa Leoni confirmed that they have been separated for several months, a source who knows the couple says they still appear close and friendly.

"They get along great together," says a source in their New York City neighborhood.

"They are such a nice family, so down-to-earth," the source adds. The family was seen together at the Czech Street Festival in Manhattan earlier this month.

Lindsay has been kicked off Ugly Betty

Who was the real Mean Girl on the set when Lindsay Lohan resumed her Ugly Betty run — the tabloid mainstay, or series lead America Ferrera?

The New York Post's Page Six column claims that after some indecent behavior — including, perhaps, the forgoing of bloomers for a scene in which Betty tugs down her high-school nemesis' trou- Lohan was abruptly cut loose from her guest-star turn, which this season was to last six episodes. A pal of Lohan's, however, argues that Ferrera, drunk on power, "was mean to Lindsay" and "got her kicked off" the last two episodes she was supposed to film. A spokesperson for Ferrera would only tell the Post, "America is grateful to have had [Lindsay] on the show and thinks everyone should tune in to see how great the episodes [resuming this Thursday at 8 pm/ET] are."Other online accounts of the alleged on-set squabble claim that not only was Lohan's visit truncated, but that she is being edited out of anything that already had been filmed.

Well-placed sources tell TVGuide.com that such "editing" rumors are completely untrue, but confirm that Lohan's run will end early — though strictly for "storyline purposes." Summing up the rash of Thursday-morning gossip, one setsider tells us, "It's all so silly."

Britney's Documenary airs in November

In an upcoming documentary, Britney Spears candidly discusses her loneliness and her regrets about her much-publicized erratic behavior.

"I sit there and I'll look back and I'm like: I'm a smart person. What the hell was I thinking?" the pop star says in the 90-minute film, tentatively titled For the Record, produced in partnership with MTV.
In a video clip from the film, the 26-year-old Spears alludes to her tumultuous past: her divorce from Kevin Federline, forced psychiatric hospitalizations and loss of custody of her two sons.

"I've been through a lot in the past two or three years, and there's a lot that people don't know," she says.

"Sometimes I think I get kind of lonely because you don't open the gate up that much, you know I mean?" she adds. "You're guarded. You have to be that way, so I'm kind of stuck in this place and it's like: How do you deal? And you just cope, and that's what I do. I just cope with it, every day."

The documentary airs on MTV on Nov. 30, two days before the release of her new album, Circus.

Nicole Richie stars on NBC's Chuck

Nicole Richie filmed a kick-butt appearance on NBC's Chuck – literally. Richie will guest on an Oct. 20 episode, playing a bully.

In the episode, called "Chuck vs. the Cougars," Richie plays Heather Chandler, a high school nemesis who bullied Yvonne Strahovski's character, Sarah.

"She has a great fight scene," a source confirmed. But everything was friendly when the cameras stopped rolling, as Richie and Strahovski were "giving each other high-fives," the source said. "She was friendly. Everybody loved her."

Maureen McCormick writes about sex, drugs and parties at the Playboy Mansion

In her new memoir, Maureen McCormick reveals intimate details about her secret life of binging on cocaine, trading sex for drugs and dating her TV sibling.

In "Here's the Story: Surviving Marcia Brady and Finding My True Voice," she also writes about her romances with Michael Jackson and Steve Martin. She delves into her relationship with Barry Williams, who played Greg Brady.

The affair intensified while the The Brady Bunch filmed episodes in Hawaii.

"We couldn't hold back any longer," she writes in the book published by William Morrow. "It was our first kiss, and it was long, passionate and deep. It was wonderful, too, though as we continued to kiss and press against each other so closely that we could feel each other's body heat, a part of me a tiny part, admittedly said to myself, 'Oh my God! I'm kissing my brother. What am I doing?'"

McCormick's drug addiction and depression fueled her downward spiral as she unsuccessfully tried to reconcile her real life with the one she had portrayed on TV.

In the memoir, she writes about cocaine binges and parties at the Playboy Mansion and the home of Sammy Davis Jr., an unwanted pregnancy and trading sex for drugs.

The book hits stores on Tuesday.

Amy Winehouse's jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil needs to be at home with his mother and not in a rehab center, his mother said.

"I don't think rehab is the answer," Georgette Civil tells PEOPLE of her son, currently serving a jail sentence for assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
What is the answer? "Coming home to us," Civil says.

Fielder-Civil, 26, has been in jail since November 2007, and media reports said his application for early release this Christmas has been denied.

"We don't know when he will be released," Civil says. "I can't really say because I don't want to jeopardize our efforts."

Civil says she speaks to her son "sometimes every day" – but never to Winehouse, 25.

"I don't speak to Amy. I focus all my efforts on my son and getting him out," she says. Her last conversation with Winehouse was "about four or five months ago," she says. "I probably spoke with her one more time after court [Fielder-Civil's trial in June]."

Adds Civil: "I feel all the media attention on Amy has probably had an impact on my son's release. That's probably the hardest part of all. As a mother, what would any mother think when she sees Amy? It has had a huge impact."

As for how her son is coping with jail, she says, "He's doing very well. He's doing very, very well. He's helping other inmates – helping them with numeracy and literacy."

He's also been reading. "He sends us a list of books that he wants, and his dad buys them and sends them to him," she says. "He just sent him about another eight books two weeks ago."

The ceremony -- which took place at the newly renovated Forum Tower Penthouse -- was officiated by Reverend Steven Smith; two friends served as witnesses.

New York Mets player Carlos Beltran and his wife Jessica also renewed their vows, a source tells Usmagazine.com.

Lopez and Anthony began their night with dinner in a private room at Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace. Then they played craps in the main room, where both Anthony and Beltran won, says the source.

Afterwards, they headed to the Pussycat Dolls show, followed by Pure Nightclub, where the group had reserved three tables. A source tells Us Lopez and Anthony started asking around for the minister while they were at Pure around 12:30 a.m. and then headed up to their room to meet the minister at 3 a.m.

Beltran and his wife renewed their vows first; then, at about 3:30 a.m., Lopez and Anthony had their own ceremony.

Says the source: "It was very intimate and sweet. They both talked about how much they love each other. The word 'forever' was used a lot!"

(The source says twins Max and Emme were down the hall in the same suite, being watched over by Lopez's parents.)

After the ceremony ended around 4 a.m., the minister left, and the butler brought in a bottle of Dom Perignon Rose champagne, says the source. The group toasted and moved to the area near the piano in the suite, where they talked and laughed until early in the morning, the source adds.

Her first concert back will be on Saturday in Uncasville, Conn.

Shemar Moore and Jenifer Aniston?

During a visit with Shemar Moore, scheduled to air Friday, the talk-show host (and new bride) offered to set up her guest with Aniston – who is a friend of hers.

"Who can I help you with? What is your type?" DeGeneres asked the Criminal Minds star, who said he was single "all day everyday."

Answered the hunky actor: "There is one particular person in this town that I kind of got a little crush on," he said. "A lot of guys got a crush on this girl but she can't seem to find that man who can get it right and I just want to raise my hand and try. And that's Ms. Jennifer Aniston."

DeGeneres, 50, notes that the two saw each other at the Stand Up to Cancer telethon in September, though they never spoke. Then, she volunteered her matchmaking services.
"She is a friend of mine," the TV host said. "I will mention it to her."
But, if Aniston, 39, takes the bait, she'd better be prepared for "some soft kisses and some eye contact," said Moore, 38. Explaining what he's looking for in a lady, he added, "You laugh at my corny jokes, and I'll laugh at your corny jokes."

Angelina has new tattoos

As could be expected, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt proved quite an eyeful at Saturday's New York premiere of her new movie. Changeling, directed by Clint Eastwood.

But, in fact, there was even more to meet the eye on the leading lady: two new tattoos – to complement her ink indicating global birth coordinates of children Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh.

Jolie has had the July 12 French birthplace of twins Knox and Vivienne enscribed twice on her left shoulder beneath the latitude and longitude of their other children.

A Long Island judge has denied Christie Brinkley's request for a temporary restraining order barring ex-husband Peter Cook from seeing their children this weekend in the wake of his revealing 20/20 interview set to air Friday.

Lawyers for both sides were in court Wednesday to discuss the temporary restraining order.

On Thursday, Brinkley's lawyer, Robert Stephan Cohen, issued the following statement on the judge's ruling: "The court order mandates that since Peter Cook has the children this weekend, his parenting has to be away from his home and he can't expose them to the 20/20 broadcast. Christie Brinkley's sole concern is to protect her children."

A source close to Cook explains that Brinkley fought for the temporary restraining order "because the kids are seen in footage during the 20/20 interview."

The Cook source added, "I find it silly that someone who not only allows her children to be in the media but encourages it would have a complaint like this."

In the TV interview, which comes three months after Cook and Brinkley's divorce was settled, he tells Barbara Walters, "I'm not the ... pervert that I've been painted to be."

After the court decision, James Winkler, an attorney for Cook, said : "The judge denied her request to suspend visitation. Mr. Cook did agree to take the children out of the area on a little trip this weekend and that he would not expose the children to that interview, which he had no intention of doing anyway."

Christie Brinkley requests restraining order

Christie Brinkley has filed a request for a temporary restraining order and a motion for post-judgment relief again her ex-husband Peter Cook, a Suffolk County, N.Y., official confirmed.

The motion was filed Wednesday – two days before Cook's revealing interview with ABC's Barbara Walters is set to air.

Cook, 49, who has admitted to having an affair with an 18-year-old assistant and an online pornography habit, told Walters during his interview for Friday night's 20/20 broadcast, "I'm not the ... pervert that I've been painted to be."

The restraining order would prevent Cook from seeing his children and is not to keep him away from Brinkley.

"She's upset because the kids are seen in footage during the 20/20 interview," the source says.

Cook last saw the children when they had dinner on Wednesday night, and they are scheduled to be together this weekend, the source says.

Brinkley and Cook halted their messy divorce trial in July when both parties announced a settlement deal. The judge in the case, Mark Cohen, signed their final divorce decree Sept. 29.

The new motion is on the court calendar for Oct. 29, but the court official said it's unclear at this point whether the parties will actually appear in court or if their lawyers will simply submit statements to the judge in writing.

Did Kim have plastic Surgery?

Tired of fans asking which cosmetic procedures she's had done, Kim Kardashian has taken to her blog in an attempt to put the rumors to rest.

Posting a photo of herself, in a curve-hugging bikini, that she says was taken when she was about 14, the 27-year-old star declared: "I have not ever had plastic surgery."

"I hope after seeing this you guys will never ask me a plastic surgery question again," blogged the reality TV star. "I am definitely not against it at all, but haven't yet had it!"

The star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians and recent cast-off from Dancing with the Stars gets specific saying she's never had lip fillers ("lip injections look fake"), a boob job ("I've had size C since I was 11") or butt implants ("just silly"). And while she says she's always been insecure about her nose, she hasn't altered it because she's afraid to "mess with" her face. Kim adds that she won't rule out plastic surgery altogether. "One day I will definitely get a lift, but I am waiting until after I have kids," she said. "Until then I rely on a great supportive bra!"

Howard Stern is married!!

Howard Stern and his longtime girlfriend Beth Ostrosky were married in New York City on Friday night, according to guests who attended the celebration.

The guest list for the wedding, held at the restaurant Le Cirque, included Joan Rivers, Barbara Walters, Billy Joel and wife Katie Lee, Jimmy Kimmel, Sarah Silverman and Stern's radio co-host, Robin Quivers.

Stern, 54, and Ostrosky, 36, were joined in a ceremony officiated by Mark Consuelos, the husband of Kelly Ripa, who also attended. Billy Joel sang two songs, and Chevy Chase delivered a raunchy roast, said one guest.

"Beth is the most beautiful bride I've ever seen," said Stern pal Dominic Barbara. (Ostrosky wore Marchesa.) "The vows were from each others' hearts. It was gentle and soft and beautiful. People were crying."

After 11 p.m., Joan Rivers walked out holding a bouquet of cream roses. "I danced with Howard," she said. "The wedding was fabulous, everyone had a great, great time."

A Very Long Engagement

The ceremony follows a long engagement – and a change of wedding venue – for the couple.

In March, Ostrosky said they'd decided to revise their plans to get married in Hamptons and to have a city wedding instead. "We're going to get our friends together at a restaurant, very low-key," she said.

Stern first announced the engagement on his Sirius Satellite radio show on Valentine's Day last year.

When he proposed, Stern presented Ostrosky with a 5.2 carat diamond ring. "I love you. You're everything to me," Stern said he told her. "I'm asking you to spend the rest of your life with me."

This is the first marriage for Ostrosky and the second for Stern.

It is the first marriage for both actors, though Ryan was formerly engaged to Alanis Morrisette. She previously dated Josh Hartnett and has been linked to Benicio Del Toro.

Misty-May is out of the DWTS competition

Misty May-Treanor, 31, broke her left ankle on Oct. 3, Star has learned exclusively, cutting her out of the Dancing With the Stars competition completely.

The two-time beach volleyball Olympic champion suffered the injury on Friday afternoon when rehearsing with her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy at a dance studio in L.A. She entered Cedars Sinai hospital in the late afternoon and was given a cast.

"I had problems with this ankle in March so I knew it was delicate, but I just can't believe it broke and I am off the show now!".

"I will have to stay off this ankle for a long while. There is no way I can compete now. It's so sad! I really wanted to win. Now I have no chance."

Misty — dressed in a white sweatshirt and blue shorts — had been crying, but was consoled by her partner Maksim who was still wearing his workout gear of slacks and a zip-up white sweatshirt.

"These things happen," Misty-May said.

"There is nothing you can do about it."

Misty left the Emergency Room of Cedars at 10:30 pm on crutches and in tears.

"At least I still have my gold medals," Misty said as she hobbled out of Cedars.

Misty's injury is not the first on this season of Dancing With the Stars. Comedian Jeffrey Ross suffered a corneal scratch when his dance partner Edyta Sliwinska accidentally poked his eye during rehearsal on the first week of the show.

Oprah's mom in debt

Oprah Winfrey's mother is countersuing a Milwaukee fashion store over a nearly $156,000 unpaid bill, according to the Associated Press.

Milwaukee-based Valentina Inc. claims that Vernita Lee owes the store $155,547 in purchases and interest as of July 1, and that she fell behind her minimum monthly payments of $2,000, the AP reports.

But Lee says Valentina should never have extended her credit. In her counterclaim, filed Friday, she argues that the store took advantage of her "lack of knowledge, ability, and-or capacity" – an argument stemming from a 2002 case involving a $175,000 bill Lee owed to the company, the resolution of which stipulated that the store was prohibited from extending further credit to her.

Britney Spears says her new song, "Womanizer" – which debuted on Friday – is an empowering anthem for girls.
"It's basically saying, 'We know what you're up to.' It's about guys cheating on girls," the singer told New York's Z100 radio station on Monday. "It's a girl anthem. That's why I like it."
The song is the first single from Spears's upcoming album, Circus, due for release on Dec. 2, her 27th birthday.
As for her recent victory at MTV's Video Music Awards, where she won three Moonmen (including video of the year for "Piece of Me"), Spears expressed surprise.
"It's a cool video, but I think by far I've done videos that are way better, so I was really shocked that it got the award," she said. "It was just inspiring, though, because now, going forward with the videos that I'm doing now, I can really go there and do something crazy and see what happens."
Another part of the singer's comeback? A tour is "definitely" in the works, she said. "Oh, definitely next year," she said on the radio show. "Probably around the world."

Miss Jackson hospitalized

Janet Jackson was rushed to a hospital yesterday in Montreal and had to cancel her show, according to her reps.

The singer "got suddenly ill" during her sound check, says a statement from W&W Public Relations, and went to an unnamed hospital. She's being monitored, but no other details of her condition are available.

A rep for the concert promoter said they got word just minutes before the gig was supposed to begin -- LL Cool J was the opener.

Jackson cancelled her show in Detroit on Friday also at the last minute, citing "production constraints," and rescheduled.

New details on Heather Locklear's arrest are emerging, including a 911 call and the battery of tests the actress underwent Saturday evening.

A spokesperson for the California Highway Patrol confirmed the 911 call was made by a concerned citizen around 4:30 PM Saturday after she observed a woman acting strangely and driving erratically as she left a parking lot in Montecito, California- an upscale town adjacent to Santa Barbara.

Among the details, Locklear was observed by the citizen as backing over a pair of sunglasses several times while she was attempting to maneuver out of the parking area.

The citizen observed her leaving and became concerned when they say they spotted the actress stop on East Valley Road, exit her vehicle and stumble into the traffic lane.

When an officer arrived, Locklear had moved to the nearby Highway 192 where she was seated alone in the driver's seat and was stopped in a travel lane. A CHP officer asked for her license, registration and proof of insurance and identified her as Heather Locklear.

According to the police report, Locklear appeared to be disoriented and after an on-scene evaluation, a DUI investigation was initiated and although impairment was exhibited during the tests, alcohol was ruled out as a factor.
Locklear was booked at 7 p.m. Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and was later released from custody.

Locklear left a treatment facility in Arizona in July after receiving four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression.

Dennis Quaid wants his ex-wife Meg Ryan to zip her plumped-up lips and move on.

While promoting her new movie, The Women, Meg talked to several media outlets about her failed marriage to Dennis, saying he cheated on her long before she cheated on him with Russell Crowe.

"Dennis was not faithful to me for a long time, and that was very painful," she told In Style in one of the interviews. She said something similar to Good Morning America, adding: "I found out more about [his infidelity] once I was divorced."

Dennis, who went on to marry a real estate agent named Kimberly Buffington and have twins last November, isn't taking kindly to having his past drudged up — especially because Dennis and Meg have 16-year-old son.

"It was eight years ago, and I find it unbelievable that Meg continues publicly to rehash and rewrite the story of our relationship," the actor told the New York Daily News. "Also, I find it regrettable that our son, Jack, has to be reminded in a public way of the turmoil and pain that every child feels in a divorce."

And, he added a zinger, saying: "I, myself, moved on years ago and am fortunate to have a happy, beautiful family."

After nine months of speculation over what would happen to Heath Ledger's estate, his father has announced the $16.6 million fortune will all go to 2-year-old daughter Matilda.

"Our family has gifted everything to Matilda," Heath's dad, Kim Ledger, told the Australian newspaper The Sunday Times, adding that Matilda's mother, actress Michelle Williams, will not challenge the decision.

Heath had a will in place before his death from an accidental overdose in January, however, it was signed in 2003 — before the birth of Matilda and his relationship with Michelle.

In related news, Matilda's trustee has filed a lawsuit against ReliaStar Life Insurance, claiming the company acted in bad faith by not promptly paying out on the $10 million policy that was written in June 2007. According to TMZ, ReliaStar was investigating whether Heath committed suicide, despite the fact that the New York City Medical Examiner ruled the death accidental.

Hef says he is still with Holly and Kendra

Two of the stars of E!'s The Girls Next Door have been making headlines lately for spending time apart from Hugh Hefner. But the Playboy mogul says he's still dating all three of his top bunnies.

Despite rumors that Holly Madison has been seeing Mindfreak illusionist Criss Angel, Hef maintains, "Holly shares my bed on a nightly basis." And as for Kendra Wilkinson (who was spotted with football star Hank Baskett) and Bridget Marquardt, Hef tells E! News, "The reality is the girls and I are all together."

Hef admits the romance probably won't last forever though. "Are there going to be changes in the relationships, I'm sure there are going to be. I think that in the future, the girls are going to, in time, be dating others and moving out of the mansion, and when that happens we will not be keeping it a secret," Hefner said.

Angelina Jolie has kept out of the spotlight since she gave birth to Vivienne and Knox, but a doll featuring her likeness is making headlines.

Inspired by the "enigmatic beauty" of the Chianti-drinking Brad Pitt's partner, Noel Cruz took an ordinary doll and transformed it to look like the superstar mother of six. For his efforts, he earned $3,350 by hawking it to a private bidder on eBay.

The Filipino artist removed the factory paint and repainted the doll using acrylics, expertly applying perfect makeup, a manicure and pedicure. The doll was also fitted with a wig and given a red-carpet dress, which cost extra.

One thing missing? Angie's trademark tattoos. Cruz said he could have been painted them but at the additional cost of about $20 each. And seeing as she has so many, that would have set the mystery buyer back several hundred dollars more.

Has motherhood slowed down Christina Aguilera? Hardly.

"I feel great," singer-songwriter, 27, told PEOPLE at Thursday's Esquire House opening night gala with Rock the Vote, in Beverly Hills. "Sexier than ever."

Her secret: Wisdom. "I think it is sexier to be more knowledgeable about life, growing from your experiences, growing into a woman or person – if you do learn from your lessons, that is."

Aguilera said being a mom to 8-month-old Max is "first and foremost" in her life. But she still makes time for herself.

"It is really important to me that I don't lose myself. I still do things that make me feel good. I let my son experience who I am – as an artist, as a musician, things that I love and am passionate about."

She added, "That can encourage him to be passionate about things he might enjoy in the culture. It's always good to give those lessons."

This fall marks Aguilera's 10th year in the music industry. A greatest hits CD, Keeps Gettin' Better – A Decade of Hits, is due out Nov. 11 (and will be sold exclusively at Target).

"A decade later, I am happier and wiser," Aguilera said with a smile. "I've had a blast … It keeps getting better."

Britney's home is for sale

Britney Spears’ 7,500-square-foot Beverly Hills home is on the market, the Los Angeles Times reported. The pop star is asking $7.9 million for the six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom dwelling, which reportedly includes a wet bar, library, den, high ceilings and stone and mosaic tile floors – not to mention a pool and spa.

Brit has reportedly been looking for a new home in a quieter location such as Hidden Hills or Calabasas.

Things have certainly been noisy at her current house, which she’s lived in for less than two years. In January, she was pulled from the home and involuntarily committed to a UCLA Medical Center psychiatric ward.

The house was made famous also as the enclave of former Brit friends Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib, the former of whom mom Lynne Spears accused of drugging the pop star.

The singer has since made a comeback, scoring three awards at the MTV VMAs and prepping her next album, “Circus,” due on December 2.

"Adam Goldstein has been released from Doctors Hospital," the rep said. "While he is deeply saddened by the events he is thankful for all of the love and support he has been receiving from fans and friends world wide. We ask that you continue [to] respect his privacy as he rests and heals and mourns the loss of his friends."

The 35-year-old star was being treated at the hospital's Joseph Still Burn Center for second and third-degree burns following the small jet crash in South Carolina last Friday night. The other survivor of the crash, Travis Barker, will remain in Georgia for a couple more weeks. Travis's ex-wife Shanna Moakler remains with him and released a statement saying their lives "will be changed forever."

After months of mystery, Lindsay Lohan continues to take her relationship with girlfriend Samantha Ronson public.

“She loves me, as I do her,” the star wrote in an e-mail to the New York Post on Wednesday. On Monday, LiLo told “Loveline” syndicated radio host Stryker that the couple had been going out for “a very long time.”

Lindsay’s latest declaration of love came after dad, Michael, continued to criticize Samantha, writing on Sunday that the DJ was, “dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity.”

“For God’s sake, when she runs out of toilet paper she tells people to use the cardboard roll. (I was told this firsthand),” he reportedly wrote in an e-mail.

“My father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods,” Lindsay responded in her e-mail. “He is out of line and his words show how much anger he has, and it’s dangerous and scary as it reminds me of how he treated my mother and I my whole childhood. He needs to be stopped. This is yet another reason why we aren’t speaking.”

“I am in a great place in life,” she continued. “I have overcome a lot and have been able to learn how to enjoy and appreciate my life in every way possible. I’m proud of myself for being able to make a change in the past year and a half.”

The actress, who recently wrapped filming on “Labor Pains” and has been in New York filming a multi-episode story arc on “Ugly Betty,” says she’s turned over a new leaf.

“My past is behind me, and that’s final. There’s nothing more to be said. All the false accusations that people try to make are simply because there’s no story when things are calm and good,” she wrote. “But they might as well let it go because their lies don’t affect me anymore. Samantha is not evil, I care for her very much and she’s a wonderful girl.”

Photos of Jamie Lynn stolen

Law enforcement officials have launched an investigation into stolen photos of Jamie Lynn Spears that an unidentified man is allegedly trying to sell. One of the photos in the 12 picture set features the teenage mom breastfeeding her daughter, Maddie. Her left breast is said to be fully exposed in the shot.

Because the Zoey 101 star is only 17, the stolen pictures are being investigated as a federal child pornography case.

So how did Jamie Lynn's boobie pic fall into the wrong hands? TMZ.com reports that the photos were taken on Jamie Lynn's on-again, off-again beau Casey Aldridge's camera. The not-so-smart baby daddy dropped off the camera's memory card at his local Wal-Mart, where they print photos, and one of the staffers may have made extra copies.

Additional photos that are being peddled include pics of the Spears family reunion earlier this month. The whole clan was in Los Angeles to celebrate the birthdays of Britney's kids, Preston and Jayden, as well as to introduce Maddie to her cousins. There are also pics of baby Maddie by herself and a picture of Jamie Lynn in a negligee holding the baby.

This will be the second marriage for Michael and the first for Erin. Michael has four children with his ex wife, Dina Lohan.

Erin first showed off her diamond engagement ring at the Evening Of New Dreams with Somaly Mam Benefit Dinner in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, Sept. 16.

Not even a month after getting hitched, Ellen DeGeneres is back at work — but wife Portia de Rossi is on her mind.

Earlier today the comedian kicked off season six of the Ellen DeGeneres Show by announcing to her studio audience: "It's my first show as a married lady."

Ellen, who married Portia at their Los Angeles home in front of a small group of family and friends, showed off her diamond wedding band to the crowd, who gave her a standing ovation. She thanked the well wishers with... jokes. She referred to her new bride as "the little lady" and "the old ball and chain."

Getting serious, Ellen said, "Marriage is great." The wedded bliss isn't ending anytime soon either. For Tuesday's show, Ellen promised the audience behind-the-scenes photos from the nups as well as exclusive video.

Usher's wife pregnant

R&B star and his wife Tameka Foster are expecting their second child together, a source close to the singer confirms.

The couple welcomed their first child, Usher Raymond V, in November 2007. Since then, Usher, 29, has spoken publicly about how much he loves being a dad. "I'm so proud to be a father by the time I'm 30,"  "I'd hate to be 80 years old and not be able to run with my kids. I need to still be able to do flips when they're in high school!

Recently, Foster was spotted wearing a belly-disguising outfit during Usher's Sept. 4 NFL kick-off concert in New York. The dress was "very deceiving," the source says. "You couldn't tell she was pregnant when she was sitting down."

The singer has also been busy with his charity, the New Look foundation, and a summer camp he ran for teenagers. In August, Usher told PEOPLE that being a father inspired him to give back.

"Having a child just completed the story," he said. "I already had a giving heart, and I wanted to do something to mentor children."

Megan Fox had a fling with a female.

It turns out Angelina Jolie wannabe Megan Fox has a wild child past just like her more famous look-alike.

Megan, now 22, reveals she once had a fling with a female stripper named Nikita when she was 18. "That year my boyfriend broke up with me, and I decided — oh man, sorry, mommy! — that I was in love with this girl that worked at the Body Shop," the Transformers star tells GQ magazine.

"I decided that I was going to get her to love me back, and I went out of my way to create a relationship with this girl... I turned into a weird middle-aged man. I'd get lap dances so I could get to know her."

Things didn't work out for the sapphic sweeties though. "You know when you're pushing something and it escalates much too rapidly and it explodes after only two weeks?"

Megan, who is now engaged to Beverly Hills 90210 alum Brian Austin Green, contends, "I'm not a lesbian. I just think that all humans are born with the ability to be attracted to both sexes. I mean, I could see myself in a relationship with a girl — Olivia Wilde is so sexy she makes me want to strangle a mountain ox with my bare hands. She's mesmerizing. And lately I've been obsessed with Jenna Jameson, but ... oh boy."

Lindsay wants a baby

Lindsay Lohan seems to have found a perfect relationship with Samantha Ronson, but something's still missing — a baby!

Star can confirm British reports that the starlet is set on having a child with her DJ girlfriend. "Lindsay told Sam that she's been feeling more and more maternal in the past few months and she wants to get pregnant," an insider tells us. "Sam was completely overjoyed, because starting a family with Lindsay is a dream come true for her."

While Lindsay has always wanted to have children, she had a lot of maturing to do first. But now that she's in a stable, loving relationship with Samantha — and playing an expectant mother in the upcoming movie Labor Pains — Lindsay, say sources, thinks the time is right.

But with two mommies, who will be the dad? "They both think that Samantha's older brother, Mark Ronson, would be the perfect sperm donor," their pal tells Star. "They agree that it's the best way for Lindsay and Samantha to have a baby together."

Making things even more interesting, uberproducer Mark has been dating model Daisy Lowe since shortly after they met late last year. They stepped out together for the first time publicly in May. Daisy is the daughter of Gwen Stefani's husband, Gavin Rossdale.

After a bitter fight with Joel Madden, Nicole Richie packed her bags — and their daughter! — and headed to her mom's. But things only got worse when she caught Joel with... Mischa Barton.

For months they'd been fighting over everything from marriage to moving, but Nicole and Joel's strained relationship hit a new low when, during yet another battle, she screamed at him, "We're through," and fled to her mother's home, taking their daughter, Harlow, with her, a friend tells Star. Although Nicole returned the next day, "This was her way of sending Joel a message," says the pal. "Nicole loves him, but things need to change."

Days after their big blowup, things were no better, so Nicole once again walked out on Joel — jetting to New York City, with Harlow in tow, for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. She wasn't alone for long. Joel followed her to the Big Apple, and the quarrelsome couple made a brief yet disastrous appearance at the Charlotte Ronson afterparty at Country Club on Sept. 6. "She was just in a miserable mood, and there was obvious tension," an eyewitness tells Star. "I didn't see her talk to Joel the entire night, and it seemed like he was avoiding her too. Nicole was just so angry!"

The next day, it was Joel's turn to walk out on Nicole! He headed back to L.A., where his band, Good Charlotte, performed that night at an MTV VMAs party at the Chateau Marmont hotel. And despite his relationship with Nicole hanging by a thread, Joel partied like he didn't have a care in the world — with Nicole pal Mischa! Days earlier, Mischa had broken up with boyfriend, Taylor Locke and that night she was front-row center at the show, dancing seductively for Joel, says a source. "He kept checking out Mischa and smiling at her."

Laila Ali gives birth to a baby boy

And in this corner, weighing in at 6.8 lbs., measuring 19 inches long and wearing the white diapers, is Laila Ali's littlest prize fighter ... Curtis Muhammad Conway!

The American Gladiator host, 30, and her husband, retired NFL star Curtis Conway, 37, welcomed their first son together, she announced on her Web site Thursday.

"Although mom and baby are both healthy and happy, there were some surprises during labor that altered Laila's birth plan," the statement said.

Ali has no doubts that Conway – who has twin sons Kelton and Cameron, 13, and daughter Leilani, 9, from a previous relationship – will do his fair share of diaper duty now that baby "CJ" (short for Curtis Junior) has arrived.

During her pregnancy, "[Curtis] picked up a lot of the slack at home," Ali said earlier this year. "He's going to be excellent when the baby comes."

Another sure thing? When Ali revealed that she was expecting a son, the proud mom-to-be declared, "This boy is going to be an athlete, definitely."

Odds are definitely stacked in CJ's favor: Along with mom and dad's impressive athletic stats, CJ is also the grandchild of boxing legend Muhammad Ali.

Beyonce' flaunts her $5million ring

Jay-Z sure knows how to pick the bling!

All eyes were on Beyoncι Friday night, when, for the first time, the singer publicly displayed her wedding ring on the red carpet for Fashion Rocks at Radio City Music Hall in N.Y.C.

The singer, 27, who secretly married rapper Jay-Z in April, flashed an 18 carat flawless diamond by Lorraine Schwartz, valued at more than $5 million dollars, according to the jeweler.

Neither Beyoncι nor Jay-Z have publicly confirmed their marriage but in recent weeks, Beyoncι’s younger sister Solange referred to Jay-Z as her brother-in-law during a television interview.

Later in the evening, Beyoncι took off the ring for a duet with Justin Timberlake, but the sparkler was visible when she donned a short, blonde wig to sing a tribute to blues singer Etta James whom she portrays in an upcoming movie.

The star-studded event included appearances by Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Mary J. Blige, Tommy Hilfiger, Hayden Panettiere, Paula Abdul, Fergie, Ciara, Natasha Bedingfield, Chris Brown, Terrance Howard and Chace Crawford.

Gisele Bόndchen is dating the NFL's biggest stud but the supermodel can't understand why people are interested in her love life.

"I'm happy as I am," Tom Brady's model girlfriend says in the Spanish edition of Vogue. "Why is the whole world worked up about my getting married? I'm having a great time and I want to enjoy it."

And don't call her a supermodel either. "'Super' is for heroes and those who do extraordinary things," she sniffs.

Something she is happy to talk about however is her body, which Forbes magazine says earned her $33 million in 2007.

"I eat meat, usually a bit with supper," she shares with Vogue. "I try to limit it to three times a week and preferably it's chicken. Other days I'll have fish and vegetables. But I'm not obsessed with diet rules and nothing stops me from enjoying a calorific pastry. The question is balance. I like to eat, but I compensate with exercise [including surfing, Pilates, yoga, and dancing]."

Gisele has been dating Tom since shortly after he broke up with Bridget Moynahan in December 2006. Soon after they hooked up, Bridget learned she was pregnant and gave birth to Tom's son, John, in August 2007.

Marion Jones released from Prison

Disgraced sprinter Marion Jones was released Friday from federal prison after completing most of her six-month sentence for lying about her steroid use.

Jones left a halfway house in San Antonio around 8 a.m., said LaTanya Robinson, a community corrections manager for the federal Bureau of Prisons. Jones, who has a house in Austin, will remain on probation.

Jones’ attorney did not immediately respond to a call or e-mail from The Associated Press requesting comment.

The sprinter admitted last October that she used a designer steroid known as “the clear” from September 2000 to July 2001. The drug was linked to the Bay Area Laboratory Co-Operative, the lab that became the center of a steroids scandal that touched numerous professional athletes, including baseball star Barry Bonds.

Her admission of drug use in 2007 came after years of denials.

In 2004, she sued the founder of BALCO for defamation after he said she used steroids. The lawsuit was settled the following year, long before she told the truth in a federal courtroom.

Jones gave back the three gold medals and two bronze medals she won at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney before the International Olympic Committee officially wiped her name from the record books in December.

Are Salma Hayek and former fiancι Francois-Henri Pinault back together – or just friendly exes?

The couple announced the end of their 16-month engagement in July, but the two stuck close together – and were all smiles – as they attended a birthday party on Saturday.

"She stayed by his side almost the whole time," a party guest told of Hayek, 42, who also brought along Valentina Paloma, her 11-month-old daughter with Pinault, to the celebration for Stevie Wonder's 7-year-old son Kailand Morris. "It was so cute – Francois-Henri was carrying the baby, smiling, and playing with her. He obviously adores Valentina."

Pinault was spotted relaxing on a yacht with a woman in Italy late last month, but the French billionaire, 46, looked comfortable and happy to be back by Hayek's side as the two noshed on sushi and fruit salad in the sunshine.

The party had a tennis and Olympics theme and was thrown at a country club in Pacific Palisades, Calif., by Kailand's mom and Stevie Wonder's wife, Kai Milla Morris, who even sprang for a very special birthday surprise: The Jonas Brothers made a brief appearance to serenade him with "Happy Birthday."

All three Beckham boys – Brooklyn, 9, Romeo, 6 and Cruz, 3 – enjoyed the party sans their famous parents, with Brooklyn spending hours on the tennis court hitting balls while Cruz put on another break-dancing show during a kids' dance-off.

Golf's golden boy Tiger Woods and his wife Elin Nordegren, who have been married since 2005, are expecting their second child, according to an announcement from Tiger posted on his official site. The couple are already parents to 1-year-old Sam Alexis.

After opening his post with a look back on the year's highs and lows, Tiger adds one more high, saying, "And now I have some wonderful news to report. Sam is going to be a big sister. Elin and I are proud to report that we are expecting our second child in late-winter."

Tiger also casts a positive light on his recent surgery, saying it's given him more time to spend with his young daughter.

As for whether it's going to be a boy or a girl for the proud parents, even Tiger can only guess. "I hope everyone had a great holiday," he concludes, "and I'm already starting to wonder if Sam's sibling will be a boy or a girl."

Lindsay Lohan father, Michael Lohan, just can't keep his mouth shut — especially when it comes to his daughter's relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson!

The latest Lohan family feud stems from Michael's response to X17 about a report that Sam was writing a tell-all book about Lilo. "She's using my daughter," Papa Lohan said, calling Sam a "control freak" and accusing her of being a "drug." Michael also lashed out at Lindsay's mom, Dina, claiming she's "two-faced and plays both sides of the coin."

Lindsay's response? "It really hurts," the Georgia Rule star wrote on her MySpace Celebrity Blog. "He has become a public embaressment and a bully. To my family, my co-workers, my friends, and a girl that means the world to me (its obvious who that is)."

That girl — Sam — also had some choice words for Linday's dad. "I just pity him," she blogs. "I am not the reason that he has no contact with his daughter -- he is. His need to throw a tantrum for the whole world to hear is [the reason]."

Sam even turned the tables saying, "I think it's safe to say that there is not now and never will be a tell all..... written by me..... when does your book come out Mr. Lohan?"

Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson are going to have to make some room at their table!

With ratings down during season seven and Nigel Lythgoe out as executive producer, the folks at American Idol are shaking things up this season starting by adding a permanent fourth judge. Singer/songwriter Kara DioGuardi, who has worked with Christina Aguilera, new mom Gwen Stefani and Justin Timberlake, is the new hire.

"We are turning the heat up on Idol this year and are thrilled to welcome Kara to the judges' table," creator/executive producer Simon Fuller said in a press release. "She is a smart, sassy lady, and one of America's most successful songwriters. We know she will bring a new level of energy and excitement to the show."

Added executive producer Cιcile Frot-Coutaz, "We had originally intended for American Idol to have four judges. We've seen from our international series that having a fourth judge creates a dynamic that benefits both the contestants and the viewers."

As for Kara, she's pretty thrilled to be joining the hit series. "When they told me I was [hired] I just didn't believe it," she said earlier today. "I still don't believe it. I don't even know what I'm doing here right now. I'm just trying to enjoy it and trying to take it one day as it comes."

The eighth season of Idol returns to the air in January on Fox.

David and Victoria Beckham survived a serious car accident over the weekend, but it didn't stop David from participating in the closing ceremony of the Olympics.

After a stay in the French Riviera, the superstar athlete and his high-fashion wife were en route to the Nice airport Friday to catch a flight to Beijing, where David represented London in the passing of the torch. (London will host the Olympic Games in 2012.) David was driving their black BMW and reportedly smashed the car laterally into a wall, causing extensive damage to the passenger side of the car. The windscreen was also smashed.

Victoria, who was riding in the passenger seat, was left severely shaken and teary and David was seen embracing her after the accident. However, duty called and David had to catch his flight. So the soccer star raced to the airport with Victoria's father, Tony Adams, while Posh stayed behind with the car wreckage.

On Sunday, it was as if nothing happened when David took part in the closing ceremony. Becks arrived aboard a trademark London double-decker bus in front of 91,000 spectators at the Bird's Nest stadium in Beijing, kicking a soccer ball off the top of the bus toward the crowd. That was followed by an eight-minute presentation about what to expect from the London 2012 Games.

Despite the crash, David was witty as ever, saying he though Beijing did a good job as Olympics host, but added, "I'm sure we will be better than them, without a doubt."

With the U.S. winning so many medals, the fight is on to see who can get some of that Olympic shine to rub off on them!

Oprah Winfrey sure's trying hard to capitalize off the success of the games.

Various reports are stating that Momma O is trying to get every U.S. gold medalist together for a single show, to possibly air on September 11th.

Overall, the US won 36 gold medals.

Agents for different medal winners confirmed that the show's producers had contacted them over the weekend about appearing on a special edition. And even the Olympians are confirming the news!

Ronda Rousey, the first American to ever win a medal in judo, confirmed the offer on her website this weekend, stating "I am going to be on Oprah September 11th on some Olympic medalists special."

But if Oprah manages to get everyone, they'll likely be more than 36 winners, as some of the medals were given in team sports. Such as the US basketball team, which won the gold medal, consists of 12 players.

However, a rep for Oprah said yesterday that the show "is not confirmed."

On Sunday night, just hours before being officially announced as part of Dancing with the Stars' Season 7 celeb cast, Kim Kardashian cut one of her foot on a mirrored hotel-room desk, effectively calling into question her ability to compete on the show.

"I was working on my computer when I realized that the desk was all broken [around the edges], so I used my foot to kind of kick away from the table, and I sliced my foot," Kim tells TVGuide.com. Hmm, perhaps that was not the best idea, to use a bare foot to push away a cracked glass desk? "I didnt think it was broken towards the bottom, only the top," she explains. "It all happened so fast... I just wasn't thinking. I'm staying in a nice hotel. Who thinks they're going to have a broken table?"

Kardashian was rushed to New York Presbyterian Hospital, where the cut was closed up using liquid bandaging. It is still being figured out how she will accommodate the injury as she continues rehearsals for Dancing, which already were underway. Off the dance floor, she is wearing flats; on, one idea is to cut a hole in her heeled shoes to relieve pressure on the fresh wound.

Kardashian herself is most concerned about the tough spot she has put pro partner and Season 6 champ Mark Ballas in. "He's great, and I'm so excited," she says. "I just hope I dont make him go crazy with the whole foot thing!" "

The singer has welcomed twin sons via surrogate.

"The children, delivered via gestational surrogacy, are healthy and already under Ricky's full-time care," Ricky's rep said in a statement. "Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children."

The Menudo singer is the latest celeb to become a father of multiples, joining Brangelina, Jennifer Lopez and Julia Roberts, to name a few. Read all about Hollywood's twin fever in the Sept. 1 issue of Star, on newsstands now!

This year's MTV Video Music Awards might get a little explosive.

Multi-platinum artist Pink, Rihanna, Paramore and T.I. have signed on to perform at the 25th annual event, hosted by British comedian Russell Brand, airing live from Los Angeles on Sept. 7.

"I can't wait," said Pink, who added that she intends to "blow stuff up." The rocker, who performed her hit "Just Like a Pill" at the 2002 show, will treat the audience to her new single "So What."

Also returning to the VMA stage will be pop star Rihanna. She will follow last year's performance of "Umbrella," which won the video of the year award, with a live rendition of her new No. 1 hit "Disturbia."

The feud between Jessica Simpson and Carrie Underwood continues!

The singers are still sparring over Dallas Cowboys star Tony Romo, whom Jess is currently dating and Carrie used to date.

Shortly after Carrie told Allure that Tony still calls her ("The phone will ring and it'll be him, and I'll maybe not answer," the former American Idol star said), Jessica took to the airwaves of a Nashville radio station to deny that her boyfriend is calling his ex.

"Tony and I both laughed at that," Jessica said during Wednesday's interview. "We got a chuckle out of it... I know it's not [true] — I looked at his call log."

Well then somebody isn't telling the truth... whether it's Carrie, Tony or Jessica.

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer have called it quits, multiple sources confirm to PEOPLE.

"They had a great time together but they are just in different places in their lives right now," says a source of Aniston, 39, and Mayer, 30, who kicked off their courtship in April.

A friend of Mayer adds that a reconciliation isn't necessarily out of the question: "He never ends things with a clean slate. He likes to dwell on these relationships and sort everything out before saying goodbye for good."

The split was first reported Wednesday by the U.K.'s Mirror, which said the couple split earlier this week, after initially deciding to spend some time apart.

After being diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer this month, Christina Applegate has undergone a double mastectomy and says she's cancer free.

Earlier today on Good Morning America, the Samantha Who? star revealed her decision to have both her breasts removed even though cancerous lumps were only found in one breast.

"I'm clear," she told fellow cancer surviver Robin Roberts during the interview. "Absolutely 100 percent clear and clean. It did not spread. They got everything out, so I'm definitely not going to die from breast cancer."

Her decision to have surgery, which took place three weeks ago, was made after watching her mother, Nancy Priddy, battle breast cancer and then suffer a recurrence many years later.

"I didn't want to go back to the doctors every four months for testing and squishing and everything," she explained. "I just wanted to kind of be rid of this whole thing for me. This was the choice that I made, and it was a tough one."

As reported in the current issue of Star, Christina opted not to have chemotherapy so she can get pregnant. She will not undergo radiation either. Over the next eight months she will undergo reconstructive surgery.

"I'm gonna have cute boobs till I'm 90," the actress laughed.

The actress will return to the set of ABC's Samantha Who? when filming resumes in September. She will also appear in the TV special Stand Up to Cancer, airing Sept. 5 on ABC, CBS and NBC and raising funds for cancer research.

    Phil Collins divorce Settlement

Phil Collins has settled his divorce with a record payout of $46.76 million in cash to his ex-wife of six years, UK newspaper the Daily Mail reports.

Orianne Cevey will walk away with $2 million more than what Heather Mills was awarded in her split from Paul McCartney.

Collins, 57, and Cevey, 35, have two children: Nicolas, 8, and Matthew, 4.

The settlement – which the Daily Telegraph claims cost him a total of $84 million – comes after his second wife Jill Tavelman was given $34 million for their split in 1994.

Collins' worth is estimated at $280 million. He has five children from his three ex-wives.

Chris Kattan no longer has Sunshine in his life.

The former Saturday Night Live star and his wife, model Sunshine Tutt, have separated just eight weeks after getting hitched.

"They are separated for the moment, but are working on it," a rep for the funnyman announced.

The couple began dating in 2005 and said "I do" on June 28 in California. Invitees to the green wedding included Chris' former SNL castmates Will Ferrell, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Jimmy Fallon.

Chris joins many other celebrities who had blink-and-you'll-miss-it marriages, including Britney Spears and childhood pal Jason Alexander (55 hours!), Lisa Marie Presley and Nic Cage (107 days) and Renee Zellweger and Kenny Chesney (7 months), to name just a few.

Jennifer Aniston seems to be sporting a newly plush and plump pout these days — the better, perhaps, to keep John Mayer's wandering lips focused on her own!

After examining the above photos, Palm Beach, Fla.-based cosmetic dermatologist Kenneth Beer, M.D., who specializes in facial injectables, tells Star: "I believe there is definitely a difference in the volume and shape of her lips. The two peaks of the upper portion of her lip underneath the nose look more prominent and well-defined. Also, the facial line on the right side of her smile is pretty much gone."

Dr. Beer, who has not treated Jen, suggests she may have achieved her new look by getting injections of the filler Juvιderm. "It gives the patient a very natural look. There is also very little recovery time. The procedure is performed in a doctor's office, and the patient can go home afterward. Any puffiness usually goes away after a week."

Upkeep involves having injections twice a year, with the cost ranging up to $2,500 per treatment. "This is a great look for Jen," says Dr. Beer. "Her lips had a more bland appearance before, but now they have better definition and have become a nice focal point."

The fans aren't the only ones disappointed that Beverly Hills, 90210 veteran Tori Spelling won't be appearing in the spin-off. Her friend and former costar Jennie Garth, who is appearing in the CW series, says she was also disappointed to hear the news.

Jennie told EW.com that she was disappointed by reports that Tori dropped out of 90210 when she wasn't offered as much as Jennie and fellow former costar Shannen Doherty.

"[The press thinks] we're at war over salary with Tori," Jennie told the Web site. "I didn't know I was at war with Tori. I'm really bummed because I love Tori and I was psyched Tori was going to be on the show. I think she should definitely get paid as much as either of us is getting paid. Her father created the show. It just seems wrong if that's the case."

Tori reportedly dropped out because she was only being paid $10,000-$20,000 an episode compared to Jennie and Shannen's $35,000-$50,000 an episode. However, Shannen tells the site those numbers aren't accurate.

"They didn't even get the numbers right," Shannen told EW.com, "so I don't know if it's about the money either."

Paris Hilton, who has made a career out of promoting herself, is being sued for not doing enough publicity.

Worldwide Entertainment Group, the distributor of her film National Lampoon's Pledge This!, filed a lawsuit against Benji Madden's gal pal yesterday for breach of contract, alleging that she didn't come through after being paid $1 million to star in and promote the 2006 comedy, which went straight to DVD. Paris is being asked to pay $75,000 in damages for failing to provide "reasonable promotion and publicity" for the movie.

The lawsuit is ironic as the celebutante has made a living off of self-promotion, beginning with her reality show, The Simple Life, which ran from 2003 to 2007. She also has several fragrances (including once called Paris Hilton), a book (Confessions of an Heiress), shoe line (Paris Hilton Footwear) and has even released a CD (Paris).

Actor and comedian Bernie Mac dies at age 50

Bernie Mac, the actor and comedian who teamed up in the casino heist caper "Ocean's Eleven" and gained a prestigious Peabody Award for his sitcom "The Bernie Mac Show," died Saturday at age 50.

"Actor/comedian Bernie Mac passed away Saturday morning from complications due to pneumonia in a Chicago area hospital," his publicist, Danica Smith, said in a statement from Los Angeles.

The comedian suffered from sarcoidosis, an inflammatory lung disease that produces tiny lumps of cells in the body's organs, but had said the condition went into remission in 2005. He recently was hospitalized and treated for pneumonia, which his publicist said was not related to the disease.

    Isaac Hayes dies at 65

Isaac Hayes, the pioneering singer, songwriter and musician whose relentless "Theme From Shaft" won Academy and Grammy awards, has been found dead at home. He was 65.

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office says a family member found Hayes unresponsive near a treadmill on Sunday. He was pronounced dead about an hour later at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis. The cause of death was not immediately known.

In the early 1970s, Hayes laid the groundwork for disco, for what became known as urban-contemporary music and for romantic crooners like Barry White. And he was rapping before there was rap.

His career hit another high in 1997 when he became the voice of Chef, the sensible school cook and devoted ladies man on the animated TV show "South Park."

Edwards admits to lying about having extramarital affair

Former Presidential candidate John Edwards has admitted to lying about having an extramarital affair with a former staffer.

In an interview with ABC's "Nightline" that airs tonight, Edwards admits he had a sexual affair with 44-year-old Rielle Hunter, but claims he did not love her.

Edwards does say, however, that he knows he is not the baby daddy of Hunter's little girl based on the "timing" of the kid's birth in February of this year. He claims the tryst ended too soon for him to be the dad, although he has not taken a paternity test.

And the story gets better ...

Hunter met Edwards at a bar in 2006. After their meeting, his campaign paid her $114,000 to create campaign spots, even though she was fairly unqualified to do so. According to Edwards, he made sure to tell Hunter that his wife's cancer was in remission before they hooked up. How big of him.

The National Enquirer first broke the story of the alleged affair last October. At that time, Edwards hooted and hollered that the story "false," adding "It's completely untrue, it's ridiculous." He even repeated that denial two weeks ago after the Enquirer updated their story reporting that Edwards and Hunter met up at a Bev Hills hotel. He admits in the interview the story was right.

And get this, Edwards says he never paid Hunter to keep her mouth shut, but admitted it was possible that some of his friends did without telling him.

    ·       She may play a reformed wild girl on Gossip Girl – but Blake Lively says her romantic life isn't nearly as scandalous as her onscreen persona, Serena van der Woodsen.

"There wasn't a period in my life like Serena went through, where I was doing drugs and having sex with my best friend's boyfriend," Lively, 20, tells Cosmopolitan in its September issue. "I never went through that kind of crazy."

In fact, the actress is steadily dating costar Penn Badgley.

"I've kissed just three people in my life, other than stuff that I've done for TV or movies," she says. "I know – I'm weird!

"I hope Brad Pitt doesn't hear this," Lively says, teasing. "He's never going to want to marry me!"

While her character attends New York prep school and leads a champagne-fueled life, Lively tells the magazine her high school experience was far more down to earth.

"I was class president, on the cheerleading squad, in a competitive show choir, and in, like, six different clubs," she says.

"I don't drink. I don't do drugs," she says, deadpanning, "But I do sleep around a lot.

Federal investigators have had no luck in speaking to Mary-Kate Olsen as they probe the untimely death of her friend Heath Ledger. The former Full House star refuses to be questioned until she receives immunity from prosecution, the New York Post reports.

Mary-Kate's lawyer has allegedly told investigators the actress won't cooperate unless she gets immunity but when asked by The Post for confirmation, attorney Michael Miller said, "We are not going to comment on whether there is a criminal investigation."

Mary-Kate was the first person to be called when Heath's masseuse found his lifeless body at his New York City apartment in January. Heath's death was later ruled an accidental overdose of prescription drugs and OxyContin.

Christina Applegate, who announced on Aug. 2 that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer, will find participating in Sept. 5's Stand Up To Cancer telethon "comforting," the producer of the one-hour, televised fundraising event said.

"We love her, and that's why we reached out to her, and she happily agreed to participate," the telethon's producer Laura Ziskin, herself a breast-cancer survivor, tells PEOPLE, adding she reached out to the Samantha Who? star before she announced her diagnosis.

"To be on the show and to hear other people, it's comforting to be around other people who've been through it," says Ziskin – adding that a sense of community among those whose lives are affected by cancer is key to the special event, which will air simultaneously on ABC, NBC and CBS.

"This is really the vibe of the show," says Ziskin, whose other producer credits include the Spider-Man franchise, as well as the Oscars. “I hope [Applegate] feels it. We are all there for her now, and know what she's going through. We're all thinking of her and praying for her."

Regarding Applegate's role on the telethon, which will also feature the likes of Jennifer Aniston and Meryl Streep, Ziskin said, "I'm in the midst of doing the script now, and obviously because of her diagnosis that may change, but I'm looking forward to talking to her about what she can do on the show."

Ziskin also says that all the guest stars, including Applegate, will also answer telephones from viewers calling in pledges.

As for words of encouragement to Applegate, 36, Ziskin, whose breast-cancer diagnosis was made four years ago, said, "She found it early. She's going to get through the treatment, and she'll be okay. She needs to say, 'I have an illness, I have to treat it, and be good to my body and not over-stress myself,' and then she'll get well."

Although his days of bachelorhood are behind him, it's still about girls, girls, girls for Matt Damon.

The movie star will be adding another daughter to his growing family. He confirmed to USA Today that his wife Luciana is due to give birth to their second daughter "soon." She'll join Isabella, 2, and his stepdaughter, Alexia, 9.

"I'm so outnumbered down here, it's crazy," the actor told the paper from his Florida home.

As far as baby names, Matt said it's going to be a game-time decision. "We decided to wait till she's born, and then we're going to get a look at her and we'll probably keep debating it," he said.

Other than that, he's been busy trying to lose the poundage he put on for his role in The Informant and he's working on the launch of One X One Foundation's U.S. operations — a charity, started in Canada, that helps children worldwide.

"It's about helping kids," Matt told the paper. "It's not like before I was a father I was like, 'The hell with those kids.' But something does shift when you have a child of your own. It's hard not to look at every child as somehow connected to you."

Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell will soon be on double diaper duty.

Us Weekly has learned that Romijn, 35, and O'Connell, 34, are expecting twins this winter.
A spokesman for the couple confirmed the news Monday morning. The babies will be the first children for the pair.

Romijn and O'Connell met at a party in 2004; he proposed a year later. They got married in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles in July 2007.

A source close to the actor said that, "Jerry couldn't be happier about becoming a dad.

Earlier this month, O'Connell told Us that they had been trying to have kids.

"It would be amazing if it happened," he said at the Much Love Animal Rescue's "Bow Wow WOW!" event in L.A. July 19. "I hope it does happen."

He joked that the conception process had been "a lot fun for me," adding that they go at it "at least a few days a month!"

Brooke Hogan issued an apology for making what she now calls false allegations that her father Hulk abused her mother.

"I did it under significant pressure from my mother," Hogan, 20, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. "It was only after I learned all the facts that I realized I made a big mistake in signing it."

Hogan released the statement after a tabloid reported that she had signed a legal affidavit accusing her father, whose real name is Terry Bollea, of verbally and physically abusing wife Linda during their marriage.

Linda, 48, filed for divorce last November, and her attorney told PEOPLE it was going to be "war."

Her attorney was not available for comment. A rep for Hulk Hogan declined to comment.

In her statement to PEOPLE, Brooke admits to signing the affidavit. But, according to her rep, she later regretted the decision and asked that it not be filed in court. (At this point, according to Hulk's attorney, no such document has been filed.)

Brooke's rep says: "Brooke Bollea is distressed at the latest efforts by mother Linda to fracture the family. This time they let leak out an old document that Brooke signed filled with exaggerations and fabrications about father Terry's behavior during the marriage. The months-old document was signed by Brooke at a time when she was upset with her father."

Brooke is now living with Hulk, 54, and not on speaking terms with her mother.

"I love my mother, and hope to one day reconcile with her," Brooke says. "But using kids as pawns in a divorce is awful. Every day my mother resorts to this kind of behavior makes it that much harder for us to ever have a relationship again."

Taco Bell better make a run for the border -- 50 Cent has sued the fast food chain for using his monetary moniker in advertisements without his approval.

The 32-year-old rapper filed a federal lawsuit in regards to Taco Bell's "Why Pay More?" campaign that asks Fiddy to change his stage name to 79 Cent, 89 Cent or 99 Cent. 50 claims the the restaurant never informed him of the marketing ploy and is seeking $4 million in damages.

The Mexican-themed restaurant launched the campaign, which promotes food for under a dollar, in June and sent out press releases challenging 50 (real name: Curtis Jackson) to "think outside the bun."

"We know that you adopted the name 50 Cent years ago as a metaphor for change. We at Taco Bell are also huge advocates for change," Taco Bell CEO and President Greg Creed wrote. "We encourage you to 'Think Outside the Bun' and hope you accept our offer."

Greg also pledged to donate $10,000 to a charity of 50's choice if he took Taco Bell up on the offer.

However, according to the Grammy winner's attorney, Peter D. Raymond, Taco Bell never asked 50 for permission to use his name and he himself did not find out about it until he saw a news report on the campaign.

Suffice it to say, he was not amused, telling OK! last month the campaign is "sleazy and ill conceived."

"This is a sleazy and ill-conceived publicity stunt by Taco Bell's president, Greg Creed, whose disingenuous offer was leaked to the press before it was even presented to 50 Cent's agent yesterday," a rep for 50 Cent told OK!.

Fiddy himself added,"When my legal team is finished with them, Taco Bell is going to have a new corporate slogan: 'We messed with the bull and got the horns!'"

Sarah Jessica Parker's husband has been sneaking off for hot trysts with a stunning redhead, sources tell Star in a blockbuster exclusive.

In the new issue of Star — on newsstands now — we report that while the beloved actress was frantically searching for hubby Matthew Broderick one night earlier this year, he was having sex in the city with a woman half his age, the young woman told a friend.

After meeting in a bar, Matthew began text messaging the 25-year-old youth counselor, says the woman's pal. Soon after, the insider claims, they began seeing each other and things got passionate quickly when they met at the Manhattan townhouse of a showbiz friend.

Sources say the woman felt conflicted with her relationship with Matthew, whom she nicknamed "Matty Cakes." She tried to end it, say insiders, but that didn't happen and over the next month — when Sarah Jessica was filming Sex and the City: The Movie in Los Angeles — multiple eyewitnesses say they saw Matthew make late-night visits to the other woman's apartment building.

During one tryst, they arrived at her friend's apartment after a night of heavy drinking, says a source. She dragged Matthew into the friend's bedroom, then shut the door. "A half hour later, Matthew opened the bedroom door, mumbled 'Well... 'bye!' and walked out. The friend found her passed out on the bed in her panties."

Two days after giving birth to twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, Angelina Jolie is resting comfortably at Nice's Lenval Hospital, where she is expected to remain for up to the next week.

"I think that Mrs Jolie will remain hospitalized [for] seven or ten days”, the actress' OB/GYN, Dr. Michel Sussman, tells Nice-Martin newspaper.

"You know, in Europe it isn't like in the United States, where the patients go home after three days," the doctor said during a press conference yesterday. "They will stay a bit longer until everything is okay."

Although Angelina wasn't scheduled to deliver for a few more weeks, the Cesarean section was moved up to Saturday for medical reasons.

"We decided Saturday morning to advance the date of the childbirth of ten days for reasons of comfort for the mom," Dr. Sussmann said. "And finally, it was the good choice. The babies are splendid."

The operation took "30 minutes at most" and Dr. Sussmann received some help from "assistant" Brad Pitt in the delivery room.

Knox arrived first at 6:27 p.m., as shown on his birth certificate Nice Mayor Christian Estrosi displayed on Sunday, and sister Vivienne arrived a minute later. Knox tipped the scales at 5.03 lbs while Vivienne clocked in slightly less at 5 lbs. even.

While they're healthy, the newborns need to remain hospitalized to gain weight. The 33-year-old new mom also needs precautionary "medical attention" as this was her second C-section in two years (she delivered Shiloh via C-section as well).

"It is necessary," Dr. Sussmann says.

No worries though -- everyone is still doing well.

"The babies are fine," he said. "The babies are with the mother and father and they are fine."

It's official! After several false reports, Angelina Jolie's doctor has confirmed that the Oscar winner and her partner, Brad Pitt are now the proud parents of twins — one boy and one girl — named Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline.

According to Dr. Michael Sussman, the doctor who delivered the twins at Lenval Hospital in Nice, France, the children were delivered by C-Section on Saturday evening and weighed in at 5.03 lbs (Knox Leon) and 5 lbs (Vivienne Marcheline).

"Everything is going well," said Sussmann in a statement to the Associated Press. "The mother, the babies, the father are doing marvelously well."

Angelina had checked into the hospital on July 1 in anticipation of the birth.

The babies are the fifth and sixth children for the longtime couple and make big brothers and sisters out of Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2.

The actress emphatically "announced" she was pregnant at the Independent Spirit Awards in February, flaunting a very pointy baby bump on the red carpet. After months of keeping silent, Angelina finally confirmed reports she would be having two great expectations on the Today show in May when Kung Fu Panda co-star — and new dad — Jack Black let it slip.

"Poor Jack! Immediately when he saw Brad, he apologized," Angelina has said. "But we both told him very clearly that we had only waited because, as you do with any baby, but especially twins, you wait until all results are in on their health, and that we were past that point and if somebody had asked me directly, I would have said yes. So he didn't do anything but take the heat himself."

Just two weeks later, rumors swirled that the 33-year-old Wanted star had delivered her babies in France, but were later squashed by her rep.

Though Brad, 44, and Angelina have been quite vocal about expanding their clan, the Oscar winner says they weren't expecting to multiply so quickly, admitting the dual pregnancy was a "shock." And while parenting six kids may sound difficult to many, the two are up for a challenge and are determined to make it work.

"Our real focus now is: How do we make sure that the babies' coming is not upsetting to other kids and makes them feel included," Angelina said. "We're trying to find ways where it can be a fun group thing. But the hard thing is every single day trying to find time for each of them privately. Everybody gets special time so we can make sure we know where they're at."

It's a boy for Matthew McConaughey!

Matt became a dad at 6:22pm PT on July 7 when longtime girlfriend Camila Alves gave birth to a 7 lb., 4 oz. little lad in California.

"A healthy baby boy was born," "Camila and I were side by side the entire time. We are both tired and elated, and are so happy to have created the greatest  miracle in the world — Having a child and making a family. Now comes the greatest adventure — raising one, together."

This is the first child for Camila, 24, and Matthew, who announced his great expectations on his official web site in January.

"One thing I've heard that's consistent is that whatever plans you make, throw them out the window because it's not a science," he said recently about prepping for first-time fatherhood. "But I've got the instincts for it, and I know Camila does, and I'm looking forward to the big adventure."

It's a girl for Nicole Kidman!

The actress gave birth to a daughter named Sunday Rose Kidman Urban Monday morning in Nashville, husband Keith Urban announced on his official Web site.

"Earlier this morning Nic gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban," Keith writes. "We want to thank everybody that has kept us in thier [sic] thoughts and prayers. We feel very blessed and grateful that we can share this joy with all of you today."

New dad promises, "More to follow."

Sunday is the first child for Nicole and Keith, and is her third overall. She has two children, Isabella, 15, and Connor, 13, whom she adopted with ex-husband Tom Cruise.

The baby, let alone pregnancy, was a long-time coming for the 41-year-old Aussie, who frequently made her maternal desires be known. Complicating matters was a miscarriage suffered early on during her marriage to Tom.

"From the minute Tom and I were married, I wanted to have babies. And we lost a baby early on, so that was really very traumatic," Nicole told Vanity Fair last year. "I think I would be very sad if I wasn't able to have a baby. Keith knows I want one, and he has been getting there slowly."

After months of speculation, Nicole and Keith, 40, who married in 2006, confirmed their pregnancy in January, and the Oscar winner could hardly contain her excitement about her growing family and growing body.

"I just want to have this child safely and happily, and then we will see...I'm so happy at the moment, I couldn't ask for anything more really," she said. "Being pregnant, I'll have bigger boobs. That's one of the many good things I can think of that will come of it!"

Cynthia Rodriguez has had it with her baseball player husband Alex Rodriguez. Cynthia's lawyers filed divorce papers in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court on Monday, July 7, less than a week after Madonna denied she was having an affair with the Yankees player.

It appears A-Rod's latest scandal was the last straw for Cynthia, who, in court papers, claims her marriage is "irretrievably broken because of the husband's extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct."

The petition for dissolution of marriage also states, "Alex has emotionally abandoned his wife and children and has left [Cynthia] with no choice but to divorce him."

The soon-to-be exes, who married in 2002, have two daughters — Natasha, 3, and 2-month-old Ella. Cynthia is seeking primary custody of the girls.

In addition, Cynthia is asking to keep the family's $12 million home in Coral Gables, Fla., as well as her automobile. She also wants Alex to "maintain the existing lifestyle of the children," which includes child support, private school tuition and life and health insurance.

Cynthia has also requested alimony, payment of her attorney's fees and that A-Rod pay off their existing debt. While a prenup was signed before their marriage, court papers indicate its validity may be challenged.

Neither Alex nor his reps have commented on the divorce filing or his relationship with Madonna. His attorney in Miami only said he had not reviewed the divorce petition, but added: "As you know, anyone can pay the filing fee and make allegations."

Madonna and Britney Spears are collaborating once again!

Entertainment Tonight has confirmed that the two headline-making entertainers taped a performance over the weekend that will be shown at Madonna's Sticky & Sweet tour, which kicks off on August 23 in Cardiff, Wales.

The last time these two shared a stage was at the 2005 MTV Video Music Awards, where the two-some performed alongside Christina Aguilera and shared a controversial onstage liplock!

Alex Rodriguez's life has gotten more complicated.

In the wake of reports that he's in a relationship with Madonna, several media outlets reported that his wife has left him for Lenny Kravitz. In response to reports that Cynthia Rodriguez, 34, ran off to Paris with him, Kravitz issued a statement first posted on perezhilton.com Thursday: "There is absolutely no affair between Cynthia Rodriguez and myself. This is unequivocally 100 percent not true."

Kravitz, who is currently on tour in Europe, said that Cynthia is there with him as a friend.

"Cynthia is a friend and is here with the godfather of her baby, who is also Alex's trainer, his wife and their baby girl," Kravitz said in the statement. "She came here to escape from everything happening in New York City. I opened my home to her as a friend and I find it extremely hurtful that I am now being referred to as an adulterer."

According to the New York Daily News, several sources say A-Rod and his wife's five-year marriage is over. (The couple have two daughters: Natasha, 3, and Ella, who was born April 21.) When asked about a possible split, Cynthia's mother, Evangeline Scurtis, told the paper, "No comment."

The news of the split comes after published reports linking the Yankee star to Madonna. The singer's rep denied that she was divorcing Guy Ritchie and said that she and Rodriguez "know each other and Madonna took her kids to a Yankees game last week. There's really not anything to comment on beyond that."

Even some friends in Miami who believe that A-Rod's marriage is solid acknowledge he and his wife haven't spent much time together recently.

"Cynthia and Alex are totally committed to each other," pal Lea Black, a Miami philanthropist said. "Right now, with the new baby, it is hard for Cynthia to travel to New York, and it was equally as frustrating on Mother's and Father's Day with his baseball schedule."

Lindsay Lohan turned 22 Wednesday night with an intimate prom-themed birthday bash – and a sweet smooch from Samantha Ronson.

The actress – wearing a bright pink strapless micro-minidress by Bradley Bayou and an elaborate diamond necklace – arrived at Teddy's lounge inside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel just after 10 p.m. And her companion Ronson took the prom-theme seriously, dressed to the nines in black pants, a tuxedo shirt, bow tie and top hat with red trim.

Once the 50 guests – including former Sopranos star Jamie Lynn Sigler and Lohan's younger brother Michael – began arriving at the balloon-filled venue, the Birthday Girl greeted them all energetically with smiles, hugs and kisses. Ronson was never far behind, often keeping her hand on the small of Lohan's back.

Just after midnight, Teddy's wheeled out a large pink sheet cake featuring a picture of Marilyn Monroe in her iconic wind-blown white dress. The entire lounge sang "Happy Birthday" and Lohan obligingly blew out the candles. Her friends then chanted "speech, speech, speech," but the guest of honor replied jokingly, "Shut the f--- up." (Her mother, Dina, stepped in to say, "Thank you all for coming.")

Soon after that, Ronson took over the D.J. duties (replacing DJ AM), as she spun a mix of '80s tunes and current hits. Lohan – who stuck to Red Bull all evening – made several visits to the booth and pumped her fists in the air to Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'."

As the party wound down, the couple appeared to relax, even sneaking in a small peck on the lips at the DJ booth. By 1:15 a.m., the music was muted and Lohan turned out the lights with Ronson by her side.

Seven articles of clothing once worn by the pop star are among the pieces being offered to the public by online auctioneers Gotta Have It! as part of their upcoming Rock & Roll Pop Art Auction.

One of the featured pieces is a T-shirt worn by Spears, 26, while she was a cast member on the New Mickey Mouse Club and signed by her costars, including Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, and Keri Russell. (Spears had given the shirt to her grandmother.)

"Something like that has never come up for auction before," Gotta Have It! owner Ed Kosinski said. "We expect it to go for between $15,000 and $20,000."

Amidst reports that Madonna has retained Paul McCartney's divorce attorney, Guy Ritchie's mom tells a London paper that talk of a divorce is "total tosh." Divorce? What divorce? Lady Amber Leighton told London's Mail that there's been "no conversation about divorce because there is no divorce" and called reports that the couple had spoken to lawyers as "works of fiction." Divorce? What divorce?

"It is absolute rubbish, worse than that," she also told the paper. "Guy will be furious at me talking to you but I can't just let these reports go unanswered as they make me so angry and they are hurtful intrusions into their private lives." Divorce? What divorce?

Despite her strong words, Madonna and Guy seem to be living separate lives — though that could change. After spending yet another weekend apart -- Madonna and her kids are in Manhattan, where they attended service at the Kabbalah Centre; Guy was in London -- Guy was photographed at London's Heathrow Airport earlier today and is said to have boarded a flight to Manhattan, presumably to reunite with his family. Divorce? What divorce? Madonna and Guy, who got hitched in 2000, were last photographed together on June 3. Divorce? What divorce?

Alex Rodriguez, The New York Yankees star player first had to endure a firestorm of false media accusations that he has been having an inappropriate relationship with Madonna. Not true says Madonna's rep and our sources confirm. In fact, it is him who is the one that is being cheated on! Sources reveal that Rodriguez's wife, Cynthia, has left him. And, what more, she already has another man! "Cynthia has been seeing Lenny Kravitz," an insider reveals.

In fact, a source tells us that Cynthia has left her kids in Miami to go on a romantic getaway with Lenny in Paris, where the two are currently holed up.

"Alex is in New York with the Yankees and Cynthia has left their kids to go be with Lenny - not cool," says a family friend.

Alex, who shares a manager in Guy Oseary with Madonna, was probably turning to the Material Mom for advice on his crumbling marriage.

And now this has all blown up in his face. Poor Alex!

"Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis is being sued by a Las Vegas Strip casino for $2 million in gambling debts from February of last year.

Francis spokesman Ronn Torossian said Tuesday that the man who built the soft porn empire already had satisfied his debt to the Wynn Las Vegas casino through "prior agreements."

In a statement, Francis said he planned to fight the lawsuit. "The Wynn hotel has chosen not to honor its agreement to apply certain discounts to balances they have already been paid for," Francis said.Francis said he was waiting for his day in court with Wynn Resorts Ltd. Chief Executive Steve Wynn and planned on "exposing how exactly Mr. Wynn deceives his high end customers."

Wynn Las Vegas spokeswoman Jennifer Dunne said she could not comment on the specifics of the lawsuit but said the casino wouldn't have sued unless other options were exhausted."We don't file lawsuits against people after 30, 60, 90 days," Dunne said. "This has been an issue with our collections department for some time."

The resort said in the lawsuit filed Friday in Clark County District Court that it loaned Francis $2.8 million in February 2007 but was repaid only $800,000. The suit seeks the remainder of the loan plus costs.Francis, 35, also faces federal charges that he claimed more than $20 million in phony tax deductions for 2002 and 2003 and used offshore accounts to conceal income. A federal judge in April ordered Francis' trial on the charges moved to Los Angeles because he and most other witnesses in the case live in Southern California.

Uma Thurman is engaged to her Swiss multimillionaire boyfriend, Arpad "Arki" Busson.
"I can confirm she is engaged," Stephen Huvane said on Friday. New York's Daily News was first to report the engagement.

On Saturday, the couple themselves made the announcement, on page 75 of London's The Times.

Under the heading "Mr A. Busson and Miss U. Thurman," it reads, "The engagement is announced between Arpad, son of Mr Pascal Busson, of Paris, and Mrs Florence Harcourt-Smith, of South of France, and Uma, daughter of Mr and Mrs Robert A. F. Thurman of New York."

In return for saying yes, the actress received some serious sparkle: an 8-plus carat center stone surrounded by 20 smaller stones. "It's the most beautiful piece I've ever seen," says a close source of the diamond ring. "Arki did a wonderful job."

The pair began dating last summer after attending a private dinner together in Milan. Since then, their relationship quickly heated up despite the fact that the couple lived on different continents (she is based in New York, he in London).

It would be the third marriage for Thurman, who has a son and daughter with ex Ethan Hawke, whom she divorced in 2003. Her marriage to Gary Oldman ended in 1992. Busson has two sons with former supermodel Elle Macpherson, from whom he split in 2005.
No wedding date has been set, says the source.

Amy Winehouse has left the hospital, it was confirmed Tuesday. The performer, who had a busy weekend of concerts, was discharged from the clinic where she has been staying for more than 10 days on Monday. Her representative, Chris Goodman, said, "She has left [the] hospital. She is continuing as an outpatient."

The singer, 24, returned to the facility during rehearsals and between her performances for Nelson Mandela and at the Glastonbury Festival. But she left for good on Monday. "She will return for regular appointments for check[-up]s," said Goodman.

He adds, "There comes a time when you are ready to leave the hospital, and so she left. No one was trying to keep her there. It was completely up to her – everyone knew she would not stay there forever." Despite some controversy over her performance at the rock festival – it was reported the singer allegedly took a swing at an audience member – Goodman says Winehouse is "looking great and feeling great."

Terry "Hulk" Hogan tells PEOPLE in its latest issue that he "unconditionally" loves his wife, Linda, despite their increasingly acrimonious divorce – and he's happy to have reconciled with his daughter, Brooke.

"I unconditionally love my wife, even though we're not together anymore," Hogan says. "The Linda that I know was a great mother and a great person."

Admitting that there had been problems in the marriage for a decade, Hogan, 54, concedes during an exclusive interview that letting cameras into their home for their hit VH1 show, Hogan Knows Best, may have been a mistake: "I just think the reality show amplified the problems that were already there."

Linda, 48, filed for divorce last November.

Hogan says his relationship with Brooke, 20, "was strained for a while" after Brooke learned that Hogan had a brief fling with one of her close friends, a woman in her 30s. "Brooke has gone through a range of emotions," Hogan says. "She was a little confused about who everybody was, and maybe had misinformation, but right now Brooke understands who I am, and who her mom is, and what's real and not real. She's doing real well now."

Hogan, who is currently filming his new reality show, Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling, set to air on CMT this fall, also spoke extensively about his son Nick, 17, who was sentenced to 8 months in jail last May for the car crash that critically injured his best friend, Iraq war vet John Graziano. After serving 28 days in a solitary confinement cell – because the sheriff's department was required to keep him separated from the adult prison population and had no other facility available – Nick is doing "better now," Hogan says. His son is now mingled in with other juveniles, and even has access to a TV.

"Nick understands thinking positive," Hogan says. "Every night when we talk he says, 'Man, Dad – we got through another day.' He's grateful. He knows what's in front of him. And (moving forward), we don't want any negative stuff around us.”

For Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, the wedding bells can wait – at least for a little while.

"We don't have any plans for that right now," Madden told PEOPLE on Wednesday. "We're just happy, and we're being a family, and that's where we're at right now. But marriage means something different to everyone."

As a celebrity DJ at the Oakley/Suzuki Celebrity Ride Day event in Perris, Calif., Madden took turns spinning records, and quelling notions of a summer rush to the altar.

"Right now we're really happy," the Good Charlotte frontman says, "and we're concentrating on our family, and that's what is making us happy right now. We're moving at our own pace."

The new father has his mind now on raising little daughter Harlow. "It's crazy," he says. "Every day she does something new. When she reaches for me, it's awesome! Just watching her grow, it melts me!"

Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline separately arrived at a Los Angeles court Tuesday for a custody hearing. Spears, 26, is apparently seeking a change in her visitation schedule, but details weren't immediately known. The hearing was closed to the public. At 8:40 a.m., a somber-looking Federline, wearing a beige suit, entered the courtroom along with his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan. Spears, also looking somber, entered shortly thereafter with her father. Her blonde hair was straight and long and she wore a white shirt, beige pants, and wedges. She took a seat on the right side of the courtroom, while Federline was seated on left side.

Laura Wasser, Spears's original divorce lawyer, rejoined the singer's legal team. Wasser entered the courtroom along with a lawyer working for Spears's conservatorship. The pop star currently has monitored visitation with her sons, Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, three times a week. The ex-couple faces a custody trial in August if they're unable to settle their case out of court.

"Our goal is to settle what we can without a trial to achieve what's in the best interest of the children," Kaplan said. "But whatever can't be resolved with a private mediator will be brought to trial." Spears's father remains in legal control of his daughter's affairs until a July 31 hearing.

Angelina: Being Pregnant with Twins Was a 'Shock' | Angelina JolieAngelina Jolie has talked candidly about her desire to continue expanding her family with Brad Pitt. But when the actress found out she was pregnant with twins, well, even she was taken aback.

"We weren't expecting twins," Jolie, 33, tells Entertainment Weekly in a new interview. "So it did shock us, and we jumped to six [children] quickly. But we like a challenge."

With a house full of kids, Jolie says she needs help – so it's a good thing there's family around to pitch in. "[Brad's] mom and dad are on standby to come out and help," she says.

But the real focus, Jolie says, is making sure their other children – Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2 – feel included when their new siblings are born. Says the actress: "They're old enough to feel included to change diapers themselves, to feed bottles themselves, like if I pump into a bottle. We're trying to find ways where it can be a fun group thing ... Everybody gets special time so we can make sure we know where they're at."

As for how she's handling being pregnant with twins, the actress tells EW she's taking it easy and letting Pitt handle all the heavy lifting – literally. "We've worked out a system where Brad just lifts [the kids] to me every time they want to come up," she says. "I just don't bend down. I'll scream, 'Honey!' and he'll come running and lift them up."

And pregnancy has other benefits as well. "It's great for the sex life," she says. "It just makes you a lot more creative. So you have fun, and as a woman you're just so round and full."

After ten years of divorce and numerous attempts at romance, Pamela Anderson has moved in with Tommy Lee once again. Tommy told Rolling Stone, We’ve only given it a try 800 times - 801 here we go. Pamela and the kids have moved in with me. It’s awesome. It’s definitely working. You can tell on the kids’ faces. They’re happy when we’re together.

Pamela and Tommy married on February 19, 1995 after only knowing each other for 96 hours. Pamela filed for divorce and reconciled twice before the couple finally called quits on February 28, 1998. Pamela filed for divorce for the third and final time the day after Tommy was arrested and charged with spousal abuse following an argument that turned violent. However, the pair remained close and Pamela admitted that even though they were divorced they still had sex often. There is no denying that there has always been a strong sexual bond between the two and the fact that they are still willing to try and rekindled their romance after ten years can only mean one thing… Tommy Lee and Pamela belong together. I think it’s time they realize that they are soul mates.

With one swig of pink champagne at dinner Friday, Paris Hilton quickly put an end to any lingering pregnancy rumors that have been heating up the Web.
The heiress imbibed and dined with her "BFFs" while filming her new MTV reality show, Paris Hilton's My New BFF, at Tao Las Vegas.

Still, even surrounded by girls vying for her attention, Hilton had one guy on her mind. Wearing a form-fitting, vintage black dress (with a belt wrapped firmly around her stomach), Hilton said her boyfriend of nearly four months, Benji Madden, is her "best boyfriend".

Madden, who was on hand wearing black shades, stood back most of the night, along with sister Nicky Hilton and boyfriend David Katzenberg, as his girl took the spotlight.

Following dinner, Hilton and the girls headed to Tao nightclub where the star of the show was greeted with her song "Stars Are Blind." For the next two hours Hilton smoked cigarettes and danced with the seven remaining contestants on the club's catwalk, all while cameras rolled.

And the partying wasn't done after Tao, with the group heading to the exclusive Mirage villas for an afterparty where they were entertained by Las Vegas showman and Paris friend Jeff Beacher.

At the party, Hilton did more to confirm her non-pregnancy by gulping Grey Goose and Patron Silver tequila before she and Madden headed back to their suite at The Venetian.
"She's clearly not pregnant," said a guest at the afterparty.

Angelina Jolie's babies could arrive earlier than anticipated. Fueling speculation that Angelina will give birth to her twins much sooner than her expected July due date, the world premiere of her new movie, Wanted, has unexpectedly been canceled. The world premiere was originally slated to take place tomorrow in London's Leicester Square. However, Angelina's costar James McAvoy broke the news — in a post on his official blog — that the premiere has been canceled. "Sorry to be the bearer of bad news," the Atonement star wrote. A rep for the movie also confirmed to Star that the world premiere has been canceled.

Yesterday, the Wanted cast — minus Angie — was in Berlin promoting the movie. Several of the actors — including James and Thomas Kretschmann — posed in front of the movie's official poster, featuring Angelina, to make up for the fact that their larger-than-life costar was absent.

The medical staff has advised Angelina not to travel from the south of France, where she and lover Brad Pitt have been living with their four children. Wanted will open stateside on June 27 and also stars Morgan Freeman.

Ed McMahon is facing foreclosure on his house because he broke his neck 18 months ago and can’t pay the $644,000 debt.   Ed has actually been trying to sell the house for some time, but according to his realtor, Alex Davis, his neighbor, Britney Spears, has inadvertently prevented its sale. “When we were trying to see the house one time, there were about 100 paparazzi there,” not making it seem very peaceful, he said.  So the moral of the story is you can blame Britney for anything not going right in your life. Overdrawn on your bank account? Blame Britney! Have a mysterious rash? Blame Britney!
